The location of this property is perfect, and the view is fantastic. The coffee and kitchen amenities were also great. This is the first time I have stayed in a property with a virtual lobby assistant, and it worked out well.

Nice little apartment less expensive than a hotel

The room was very comfortable. It is furnished with very basic furnishings (nothing fancy), they were all clean and in good condition. It was definitely better than a hotel room.

This is our second stay at this property. 3 families all had own room for private time but great kitchen living room when we all wanted to be together. Great building, kasa makes it super clear and easy to remotely check in and out. Great spot close to target/ movies and several restaurants. Will probably be back. Thanks!

Great location, neat little pad in the South Loop. Close to the subway/L, lots of restaurants and a Target within walking distance. Apartment was decently furnished, had cooking utensils, pans, etc.. Bedding was comfortable, plenty of towels. Will absolutely use again. Only issue we had was a door lock that sometimes took several tries to open. They sent a maintenance person the following day that adjusted it and then it worked slightly better. He did say that he would put that unit on the list for a new door, since the root problem was door warpage. Overall, great experience.

This was the perfect base for our family Chicago vacation. We stayed in the 3-bedroom unit, and it had plenty of space for the four of us. We loved the views of the city, and the location was perfect for all the attractions we wanted to see. It was a short walk to the L, but we’re a family who likes to walk, so we were able to get most places on foot fairly quickly. The beds were comfortable, linens soft, and all the amenities were nice. Everyone we met in the building (residents & staff) was helpful & friendly. We would definitely recommend this location to others and will look here first for future Chicago accommodations!

Great stay for couple

Came for a family reunion and Kasa was the perfect place to stay between events. Located in the South Loop by the Harrison (red line) and Roosevelt lines (red/orange/green), we had easy access to visits throughout the city. We drove in and parking was so simple and affordable for its location. The communication throughout was consistent and check-in instructions were easy to follow for a hassle-free experience. The actual apartment had everything we needed (and more). I would 1000% stay here again. My only complaint was the water pressure in the shower being too low for my preference, but truly a non-issue in the overall experience of the stay. Highly recommend Kasa for your next Chicago visit!

Nice place, could be cleaner

Overall it was a nice stay and convenient for a large group with a nice view, just wish it would be cleaner. The rugs were a bit stained and the teflon pans and cutting boards were severely scratched. Other wear and tear like large scratches on the stove. The drains smelled funky too.
