The staff was really helpful and I thought the art deco vibe and the seating areas throughout the hotel were nice. Very clean room and bathroom and it was warm in the room despite subzero wind chills. I'll definitely stay here again.

The staff is very nice, Monica was so friendly and helpful at check in. The room was very clean and neat, drinks in the Legato Lounge were great as well. It's such a pretty hotel and needs to be shown more in my opinion.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Allegro. It was so clean, spacious and quiet and the customer service was wonderful. The front desk was helpful and Juribeth and Jesus made our visit to the restaurant such a delight. Give those two a raise! We will definitely be back.
