Kasha, Jorge, Becky, Frank are all excellent and I look forward to seeing them every Monday evening. Their friend Luke McLaren.

Smells and dirty ,I will not stay a minute,I do not know how they stay in business ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

It smelled, was not cleaned well. Fortunately we were only there overnight. We wished we had paid the extra $30-$50 for one of the other hotels in that area. It is across the street from the Punchbowl, which was a fun bar -that I would recommend.

Having never stayed at an Extended Stay, I wasn't sure what to expect. This facility was very underwhelming, with little in the way of hotel-type amenities. No ice machine, no glass water glasses, no soda machine, no in-room coffee, etc.; basically a bed and a tv with a small kitchen area with no utensiles.

I stayed here over a weekend, and I had several issues. First, the refrigerator made a very loud noise when it was running, so loud in fact that I had to turn it off and just avoid keeping anything with me that needed to be cold. Second, the toilet kept running after being flushed until you jiggled the handle in just the right way. Third, the sink was terribly backed up and filled with water after 10-20 seconds with the faucet on. Fourth, they gave me 3 towels but only 2 washcloths, so I had to go to the front desk to ask for another. Fifth, there was no window covering except for the room-darkening drapes, so I had to have the windows totally uncovered or go without daylight during the day. And sixth, the cleanliness of the floors (especially in the bathroom) was not up to par. Breakfast was minimal but acceptable. Otherwise, everything was just ok. The only great part was the location close to Woodfield Mall in the center of Schaumburg, but even this combined with the lower-than-average price is not enough reason for me ever to return to this hotel.

I have stayed at Extended stays before and loved them however would not stay here again in fact I wanted to leave after seeing the bug in the bathroom but figured I could not get a refund so I stay the two days that I had booked.I think it needs remodeled. Carpets were worn, floors were sticky, I wanted to wear my shoes all the time while in the room, overall was not good.

One of the few places in the area with kitchenettes and at a lower price than most other hotels in the area. Adequate cleanliness and reasonable levels of maintenance in a safe environment.

Nothing fancy, but clean and nice people.

The hotel staff was very cordial and helpful with all my requests. The room contained more amenities than I was expecting (i.e. silver wear, dish wear, cooking utensils. Only downside was central heating/air unit was noisy.

Scores/review based on what one would expect from similarly priced hotels. The Good: Parking was no problem. Reception desk was friendly. Room was clean and in order. The Bad: Pungent smoking smell that never left the room. Noise from outside filtered in.

It was disheartening to read your comments concerning your stay at our hotel. Our promise to our guest includes a commitment to providing a clean, fresh environment, and I am very sorry that we dropped the ball. I am very concerned about your experience and have immediately brought this to the attention of our housekeeping for review and action. I hope you will give us a second chance to impress you on a future visit. Sincerely, General Manager
