Room was not ready when I arrived at 3:30.No washcloths in room.I had to ask twice to get one,No dishes, utensils, glasses, cups or silverware in the kitchen.Carpet worn and dirty.Don't stay at this place.

Terrible experience. Room was dirty and had to dishes or hair dryer or coffee maker. There was garbage lining the hallways for 5 days. Staff was no where to be found and did nothing but make excuses. Never again.

Arrived to find room change from Queen size studio to a Full size handicap accessible room. All rooms takened, so took the Full size bed...which was not so comfortable for my 6'1 height. Room was clean, except for some carpet stains. Desk staff was short handed. Overall, a good value.

average hotel but nice people working there. smells of smoke

Hotel is average. Certain floors smell of smoke. Disappointing.

This place is decent. Typical really. Walls are thin and it is fairly noisy. I didn't have any problems. If I were to stay long, the thin walls would be an issue though. Steak n Shake right next to it so that nice.

Hotel was decent and clean and the location was great for what we were in town.

Kitchen was fully equipped which was very nice! Felt very comfortable there!

Was nice to be away and alone there valentines night Kitchen had everything we needed

There was no hair dryer in the room, the breakfast was quite sad, the staff was not friendly, the room was very clean, but the pillows were not comfortable. Price and location were strong, so I know I'll stay again - just an OK experience.

The shower could have been cleaner... Other than that, not a bad place.

My flight was delayed and arrived at the hotel late. The doors were locked. Called the reception for late arrival check in, "her reply was you better be out of here by 11AM.". I said I have two night reservation. She said, "you sure you made the reservation for this hotel?" Finally after five minutes yells, "the door is open".. Well you can imagine the rest. Very unfriendly staff. Place reeks of fried chicken.

For the price of the hotel, I can not complain to much except for the bathroom was dirty and very worn.

This hotel was recommended by a family member that uses this hotel often so I thought I would give it a try . The room was semi clean since this is extended stay I was expecting it to be spotless the fridge and ice cube trays were dirty , there was garbage behind the trash can (not mines) and the toilet was not not very clean didn't see this until the next day :( the bed was very comfortable :) I think whom ever stayed there before cleaned the room and they need better maid service:/ the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful . It was in a nice area close to stores, restaurants , gas stations whatever you needed could be found .... Overall it was a very nice weekend getaway for me and would be back again :) I gave this a average rating because of the cleanliness of the room :( just felt it could and should have been better .

I stayed at this hotel while in the area on business. We thought my company had gone the cheap route, but were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well furnished. However, this is a "bare bones" hotel. We checked in on a Sunday and checked out the following Saturday. Because we had an "extended" stay, there was NO maid service for us during our stay. If we needed anything, we went to the front desk and asked for it. There are no hair dryers in the rooms, but you can get one from the front desk. You will need to bring your own shampoo (etc) as only bar soap is provided. Breakfast is "Grab and Go", so don't expect much. They had coffee and hot water available each morning, with granola bars, apples and oranges and instant oatmeal. The kitchenette in the room had a small coffee pot, toaster, microwave, fridge and a cook top with 2 burners. There were a couple pots and pans and a few dishes and utensils if you wanted to cook your own food. The bed was comfortable and there was a chair for reading in addition to the table for the kitchen. The TV was a flat screen, about 32 inches. There was not a full cable line up, but I was able to watch all the major networks, Cartoon Network, several cable news stations (FOX and CNN for sure) Showtime and about 6-8 different ESPN channels. There was an iron and ironing board in the room and laundry facilities on site. However, I did not see a work out room at this location. The hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants (Subway, Jimmy Johns, Steak and Shake, an excellent Chinese place and a pub. There is shopping (super target and a mall) within a few miles and a train station close by, although not within walking distance. If you know what to expect, this is a great hotel. I would stay there again if traveling to this area.

We stay here often. Some girls at the front desk are very nice but some of the other guys are rude. The room is clean for the most part and the cost is very reasonable for what you get.

Location was about a 50 minute drive from downtown Chicago (I was in town for a concert). Room could have been cleaner (there was black hair randomly around the room, including under the sheets on the bed; the cabinets could use a good scrubbing). Also, during checkout the young man had said there was a $90 balance on my room, in which I replied that there most certainly was not as I had prepaid online After he called up who I assumed was his manager and a couple of minutes of talking, he finally told me I was good to go, providing me no receipt or no explanation on why it was showing a charge. Overall, the experience was far from the worst I've had, but it definitely could have been better. I will also be choosing a closer hotel next time (my own fault for not doing a little more research).

Not good value during Sprint & summer. Most staff members are nice but a couple are not. Rooms are new and the Internet is pretty decent. We stayed there a few times on January & checked in late at night, we had no warm blankets and were unable to get assistance @ night. Other than that its our place of preference.

I was checked into an occupied room that had individuals performing private acts. I was then checked into the "new" rooms (just a flat screen tv added instead of a box tv). I was walked in on while in the shower by maintenance who overrode my lock on the door. The door privacy lock does not work, you can open the door with it locked. Was awoken at 4:30 a.m. by loud noses and someone trying to come into my room. I had placed a chair in front of the door for security and it was moved when I woke up. Room was dirty, bed was uncomfortable, bathroom has toothpaste all over the door. The shower head on the shower was cheap and barely gave out water.

Put us up on 3rd floor , didn't see the elevator room smelled smokey and was supposed to be a non smoking room. but for teh one night we were there it sufficed for a bed and shower.
