Everything was great. This is my number one spot, were I come to when I want a getaway from the kids.
Staff are very friendly. There is no continental breakfast, it is just a grab and go bar. Free internet is horribly slow. Room could be cleaner but it is not too bad
The staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and straightforward - the counter for sitting, eating and working was very convenient. The bed was comfortable and the access to the airport was quick and easy. The price was very affordable.
You said they will provide free continental breakfast , its a lie. They provide coffee and oat bars . Is that a continental breakfast ? I am totally disappointed with this , i only book this hotel because it includes breakfast . I am unhappy about this

Can't remember anything negative at all with the hotel, the staff, the facility, etc. ESA is not new to me, have stayed with them many times before when I was a 'road warrior' >10 years ago. The people remained professional/courteous/friendly. Their facilities that I've been to are uniformly nice, clean, well-kept; neighborhood have been quite and safe, never had bad experience. ESA will always be a favorite option when traveling.
Accomodation is ok. There should be room cleaning service every other day if not daily.

Great value for money . Clean building but breakfast was a joke . It’s false advertising. Only thing they offer is coffee, muffing or a bar . Technically not even continental breakfast. Otherwise it was worth the money

I like that it was quick to ckeck in. I don't like that they have a lot of men, living there make you feel a Little uncomfortable. And there's no pool . Othe thin that it was ok !!
The gentleman at the front desk was extremely polite and made sure everything was to our liking. Nowadays people have no personality or treat you a certain way due to your skin color but he was amazing and made my fiancé and I feel very comfortable and welcomed!
