The room was very clean and nicely prepared when I checked in. The staff was also very attentive and friendly. I would definately recommend this hotel to someone needing a nice hotel. The cost was also good.

Pack toilet paper & towels

I am originally from the area and have always stayed at this location when I come to town and have always had a great experience...until this visit. My stay was for 5 days/4 nights, my room was never cleaned during my stay. I regularly had to go to the front desk and request towels and toilet paper. The last time when no one asked why I was requesting these items, I told them that my room wasn't cleaned, no apology, no let me get someone up there to clean, nothing. Given I spent over $800 on my stay, I shouldn't have to request my room to be cleaned and to be provided with basic amenities. This was my last stay at this location going forward.

I liked the staff and their friendliness. I only wish the carpet in my room had not been damp. Did not understand why, yet it was uncomfortable. The room also had a mild stale, humid odor.
