Good Evening—
Thank you so much for your quick response to this matter. Long story short, I booked the stay at County Inn & Suites by Radisson in Tinley Park,IL. In the notes I noted that I have a disability and needed to be accommodated. Upon my arrival at the front desk, I asked the associate for a dolly so I can get my belongings to the room. He rudely said “there are dollys all over the floor”. Again, I am disabled, so it’s not rocket science that I needed assistance. Because I was frustrated, I called my husband to see if he could help me but he was about an hour away. I went back in to get assistance again, in which I was addressed rudely by the front desk staff. My husband was on the phone with an associate from Expedia to explain what was happening. At that point, I didn’t fell comfortable staying there…so I came back home and never checked in. I was embarrassed and hurt that the staff was rude and tone deaf to my situation. Furthermore, I was surprised that Expedia didn’t know that this is how they treat patrons. Bottom line, I only think it’s fair that I get a full refund because services were never rendered. Please let me know if this information is feasible. Hope to hear from someone soon with good news.
