Nothing good about this location. The checkin was horrible the no rooms were available, the room that was given to me had someone already in it, what a complete nightmare
They had a shortage of staff. I had to wait on clean linens and towels. My room was not cleaned after I requested it. On the next day staff came to clean my room after 5 p.m.
There was a teenage birthday party going on and the hotel was a mess. The breakfast area was disgusting, and the hall ways were full of trash. I asked the front desk attendant if there were quiet hours. His response was, "there should be", and I agree. The party guests were loud and disrespectful, with no consequences from management or parents.
The property had mold damaged in room 109. We arrived around 5:00 p.m., much later than anticipated due to flight problems, dropped our bags off in the room and left. When we returned, noticed a foul smell and informed the front desk. They offered to locate us to another room but we were dead tired and didn't feel like packing up. We were gone most of the day Saturday and returned to the room to sleep. On Sunday morning the smell was so unbearable and we checked out.
Close to nice eateries but inconvenient to get to from freeway.
The elevator was not working, and we heard several comments from guests about their rooms needing to be cleaned. It seemed the front desk people were overwhelmed. The happiest staff member was the lady at breakfast, who was very nice and accommodating.
