Worst Experience EVER!

I will NEVER stay at this hotel again and neither should you. We were only there for 3 nights and the amount of problems we had was insane. - trash was left under the AC unit and behind the bed - Ants all over the room - they came in and sprayed bug spray & there was no ventilation…. Chemical smell for 2 days - Chain on toilet broke twice & toilet would not flush - Room had no remote for the TV - kids were playing Ding dong ditch in the hallway - the room had Spiders, one child was bitten - There were weird hand prints on the ceiling, just another indication these rooms are not cleaned well - Breakfast says it is till 9 (weekdays, 20 on weekends) but food ran out earlier and no more was put out. She said this is all we have, we are not a restaurant. You should say breakfast is first come first serve, because breakfast was NOT included every day. - Hotel also says no smoking - yet people were smoking right in front of the NO SMOKING sign. Avoid the hassle and just skip this place. The problems are numerous & the employee (yes the ONE employee) does not have the power to do anything about anything. There are a lot of other places in Tinley Park - choose one of those & enjoy your vacation. We visit Tinley Park every year but i will NEVER return to this hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and we like it for its closeness to major highways, cleanliness, quiet and also close to our family, whom we visit several times a year.

We recently stayed over the weekend to celebrate our child’s birthday. Had issues with booking per hotel trying to run payment before getting to location even though Expedia has option to pay at property. They cancelled one of the rooms and didn’t even attempt to call to see if payment could be run with all the scams my card stays locked for security purposes. I had to go back and forth with an associate named Eric to get a solution per Manager Xavier giving ok to correct their error. Then upon arriving there was a $100 hold per room as they say due to the weekend which is normally $50. The pool closes @8pm which was insulting for what we paid never have I stayed at a hotel and the pool closes no earlier than 10pm on the weekend. The carts to bring your items to your room were on flats in which we had to maneuver as best as possible due to the amount of items we had. I asked Xavier for a count of 8 sets of towels for our rooms. He stated their dryer went out over night and there might be a delay and he would get a least 4 sets sent up. Waited over 2 hours nothing ever came up. I had to walk down to the desk to get what he had which was only some face towels. Finally breakfast was pretty sad they had 1 waffle maker for a supposedly booked out hotel. No turkey products available as my family doesn't consume pork or pancakes as an alternative. Short version for about $600 for 2 rooms for 1night and a $200 hold for incidentals. Don’t waste your time for the headache

I had mold in my room which I am extremely allergic too! I then changed rooms and the new room ended up having ants in the bed! Extremely disgusting! I’d never chose the hotel again !

They have a Texas Roadhouse in the parking lot and a gas station and car wash next to hotel. I was a little disappointed in this particular stay. We had ants in our room on our nightstands and on our bed. We paid for a studio suite and we didn't get that they apparently didn't have our room available so they gave us a different suite. Have the separate room from the living room was important to me bcuz I like to sleep in while on vacation and my husband gets up at 430 am daily...work schedule. So he couldn't watch TV until I woke up. My sheets had what looked like makeup on it and my bedspread had hair on it in several places. The carpets need to be steam cleaned and not just vacuumed bcuz it smells a little. After this experience we have decided not to return to this location.

Supposed to be able to check in at 3 pm, arrived around 4 and room was not ready. Waited till after 5 and checked with the front desk, still not ready. I finally got to my room about 5:20. Shower and toilet was dirty. Room was loaded with flies. I killed about 20 flies. The remote did not work to the TV in the sitting area. But the bed was comfortable.

Our room and the hotel itself, was filthy and run down. We had to ask for clean towels, we never received housekeeping services during our 3 night stay. There were people and kids up and down the hallways at all hours of the night and day. The breakfast was disgusting and dining area disgusting. I would never stay here, so gross!!

It is clean and in a nice area. Coffee is available 24 hrs. Breakfast was decent. We stayed on the third floor and there was no air conditioning in the hallway which made it miserable and our room wouldn't cool off very well. Plus side of that was the receptionist provided us a large box fan for our room which helped alot.
