The bathroom sink and tub was draining slowly the first two days of my trip the room door was hard to shut and when it did u was almost stuck in there no one never came to service our room when I asked for fresh towels we had to wait a couple of hours to receive them and the final straw there was kids running in the room above started at 6am and late as 1am it was not a pleasant stay at besides the young lady who services the dining room for breakfast!

The pillows are way to small. Half the width of regular pillows. Please restore regular sized pillows. The pool should be open until 10:00 pm for adults. Close pool at 7:00 for those under 18 years old.

I stayed at this hotel for thanksgiving and when I tell you the staff was friendly but when I found a roach in the bed my daughter slept in I was so upset . I proceeded to call the staff and request a refund . They told me nothing could be done until Sunday . So nasty I will never stay here again.

The room is good but there are no considerations about the amount of customers, like Sunday there are some extra customers we didn’t find breakfast most the food gone , Most items empty, even there are no coffee, we got upset

The staff was all very friendly, which was the best part of our stay. We have a family of 5 and we received 2 towels. After asking for extras, we were told there were no clean towels, butv were given pool towels, or glorified hand towels. Breakfast was very limited. Out of milk and many other items. Breakfast staff was super nice though. Also went to get ice, and of course the ice machine was broken also. Wouldn't stay again.
