We had a decent stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean except it looked a little dirty around the shower area and the toilet was not very nice. It was very low and was uncomfortable to sit on.

I would give my stay a 3 out of 5. The bathroom sink was clogged, and there were stains on the floors and curtains that were unappealing. Aside from these issues, the environment was quiet, and the room was tidy.

Room needs extra lighting. Very dark with just the desk lamp on night stand. Desk staff in general was okay. One even provided her own banana for my husband when no options were available for my husband for breakfast with his egg and gluten allergies. Managing the heat in the room was difficult. Label on unit days use the thermostat and the staff said they are not connected and to use the controls on the main unit. Had to keep temp at 60 degrees or the room would be overheated. Cleaning staff could not understand enough English to provide a face cloth when requested. Garbage cans are too small and the bags are very thin. Fairly good job with plowing the parking lot following the snow, but parking spots on the back and sides should be cleared better so those with handicap issues. Ice at the curbs are an issue.

Nothing honestly bad to say about this place. I enjoyed my stay and for a suite inside an Inn it wasn’t bad. I wish the fridge had a freezer or they should have a freezer inside the rooms with the fridge. Staff was cool and gave what we ask for. I would stay again if I had too.
