I’ve lived in the area for over 50 years but moved away about 5 years ago. I returned for a sick relative and needed a place that was QUIET and clean. This facility is in the process of being remodeled extensively so almost everything is new. I loved it. The staff was very accommodating even at the early morning hours I needed assistance. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars across the board is the listing said “sound proof walls” or something similar but there was the inevitable loud mouth in the next room and whatever soundproofing was used wasn’t enough to muffle him. The bathroom was spacious, shower head had 3 functions and was tall enough to cover my entire body. The room had a small microwave and mini fridge (no freezer) which was really handy. I also liked the small keys/cell phone shelf and coat hooks by the door. Extremely convenient. Bed had 2 soft and 2 hard pillows for whatever worked for me.
Quiet
The thing i disliked the most was their low water pressure in the shower. Im not sure if it was by design or not but it was disappointing.
Parking & internet
The only thing to like about this hotel is how close it is to the beach. It is dirty, there were spills in bathroom not wiped up, hair on sheets, food crumbs on comforter, rooms smell like cigarettes, pool is dirty with sudds floating on the water, hot tub is not working, pool reservations were not held up and our time was taken by a group of ten children or more which we had reserved time at 5 pm for the 9 pm hr. They even had a sheet to sign u up and when we cane down there was a damn party in there, so much for restrictions. I will not be staying here again.
Great location, price & service. Very accommodating given the pandemic
The hotel was convenient, located close to many activities in Zion. The staff, especially Nick, was cordial & had great suggestions on where to get food. The hotel was clean & attractive. If I need to return to Zion, I would stay here again. Unfortunately, the current pandemic closed the pool, canceled breakfast & ended housekeeping the day after I arrived. Thought the management could have offered something for this since the price stayed the same
Nothing but convenient. I will not make that mistake again. Looks like it might be a voucher hotel. This is not all bad but when the police know the hotel well, it is a bad sign. Proprietor is not very America friendly.
Walls were very thin and I could hear the people in the room next to me talking until 1 am
The door to the room was very hard to open after card key was used. The bathroom door needs oiling, it made all kinds of niose, enough to wake others in the room.
The front desk staff suffers from terrible BO. Showers are available. Also, there was a mold / bad food smell in the entire hotel
This was an o.k. place to stay during our trip to Kenosha to attend the Bristol Renaissance Faire. Price was o.k. for a suite. Air conditioning couldn't really keep up. Never were any cookies in the cookie tray. 4 towels in a room I had booked for 5 - 2 adults and 3 "kids" (they knew ages - 11, 15, & 17). Bathroom soaps/shampoos not replenished when they cleaned the room while we were out on Saturday. Free breakfast bar was ok - typical. Nothing special, but the food was hot. Overall pretty average.
Nice hotel for a quick get away or comfy sleep. Bed comfort level was the best. Morning staff was pleasant and friendly. Environment is family friendly. Inn had a pool, fitness center, hot tub, and office station. Breakfast was included. Check in and out time was reasonable. Overall, no negative feedback. I would recommend. : )
Great experience. Very friendly staff. Rooms were nice, comfortable, and large. Would most certainly stay again.
First, I wanna say that the hotel staff was amazing, Always helpful, always very friendly. It looks like the exterior of the hotel has recently gone renovation, but the rooms still look outdated. The chairs and furniture were really old and worn, and the small appliances like the microwave and fridge were really outdated and yellowed with age. The bed mattress was thin and hard, but it looks like they added a thin mattress pad on top to make it slightly bearable. I didn't sleep badly, but I didn't sleep well either. Like I said, every piece of furniture is very outdated and needs replacing. As for cleanliness, the room was fairly clean but needs some improvement. The AC was disgusting, looks there was stuff put inside the AC vent (wrappers, mulch, dirt) and staff never cleaned it out. The microwave was dirty and yellowed from age, was a bit discouraged to use it. The coffee maker was disgusting and old, the water reservoir had some mildew. I didn't use it the entire stay. The bathroom was very clean, however, and the bed sheets were fairly clean. The hotel breakfast was really nice, had lots of drink options, eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, fruit, and cereal. This hotel is definitely showing its age, and I'm hoping the interior gets renovated like the exterior was. Normally I hate to complain, but for the price I paid for a standard hotel room, I expected more than this. All in all, I didn't have a bad stay, but given the chance, I would stay somewhere else.
This hotel was close to where I was staying. It was an awesome hotel. Pool was warm. Food was great. Staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay there again!
They were very quick getting us check in. They were helpful with any questions we had. The pool was awesome. Breakfast was good.
Had construction going on during our stay. Not as clean and up to date as I thought it would be but worked for the night. We could hear people talking all night.
