While the hotel has no smoking signs at every room, it is not enforced. Weed smell is all over the building. Our first room had an air purifier in it to help with it, but it was extremely loud and I couldn't sleep. We were moved to another room that was much better, but the hallways still had the weed smell.

The hotel is under renovation. Our room (129) was not yet finished. Furniture was broken, bed was so worn it was a valley in the middle. Carpet in the hall was dirty and unvacuumed. We expected a three star clean room. We got a one star dump. Did not stay. Awaiting a refund if they decide to give it to us.
Terribly dirty everywhere. Halls, stairs, walls everything filthy. "Renovation" should not mean that a vacuum cleaner wont work. Staff not eager to please and siad they had no clean towels available until i pitched a stink. Dont stay here. The Hampton next door will be nicer.
In the hotel description it does not say that they are renovating and that the hotel smells like cigarettes throughout the whole hotel. The first room they gave me had mold in the air conditioner and the sink was clogged up. Also the employees were rude. Overall this is the worst hotel I have EVER stayed at. Needs major updates.
This property is horrible. Do not stay there. I thought about sleeping in my car. My bed was not cleaned. Half empty shampoo bottle in bathroom. Also I did not feel safe at this property. The door to the adjoinging room was open when I came into my room. Also overall the hotel - exterior is under renovation. It is certainly not the "Quality" Inn - Stay away!
I did not stay because the weather was supposed to be bad in the morning so I drove back home
Our room was filthy. The floor was not clean and the bathroom was not clean (hair in sink, toilette, and shower). When trying to make coffee the individual package was wet therefore not useable. Front desk person we as very nice and pleasant.
Room was dirty and reeked of stale cigarettes smoke, despite being a non smoking room. Smudges on the walls, towels were stained, sink wouldn’t drain or shut off completely so it dripped all night. Huge stains on the carpet. Stains on comforter. Just overall felt really dirty.
Leaky ptac unit in room. Ptac didn’t work right. Nightstand had holes drilled in it. Tv didn’t work. Bed was lumpy and hard.
In Gloucester for a short trip. Everything was Good at the Hotel.
Room was not the cleanest. Floors were dirty in the corners and edges. Other than that it was okay. Bathroom next door sounded like it was in our room. There was either a gym or big footed person upstairs.
Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and the breakfast bar was nice and the selection changes from day to day.

Hotel was great, good prices, rooms were very clean and staff was always helpful. The comfort of the beds, not so good. Mattress were too hard with no padding. Otherwise the stay was very good.
