Quick visit to Busch Gardens, brought our dog with us. The added space and sleeping for 5 was great.
The hotel is still quite good. Very nice and helpful staff. But the mattresses need replacing and more frequent roaring or flipping!
We were in town for a family event, and many of us stayed here. Had an unplanned gathering in the lounge to watch the Ravens WIN, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility well kept and clean. Only negative the heating was a bit loud.

The property itself was clean & very close to Williamsburg. Stacy at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely go back. However, both hotel phones did not work. It took them a day to fix them. . We had asked for fresh towels and for our trash to be emptied which never happened until Stacy came in the next morning. Also when you offer a suite with a kitchen you need bigger trash cans. There were only 2 small ones which fill up quickly and need to be emptied daily. All in all I would go back!!

We like very much this hotel, the kitchen was clean and appliances in working conditions. Just stay one night, but this was pleasant.
As a family of 4, with our kids in their teens, we now need a suite when traveling. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect. We had 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms in addition to a living area and full kitchen. The breakfast was great. With the kitchen in our room, we could bring the food up and reheat once the kids finally got up.
Great place for family vacations. The 2bdrm (king and 2 queens) 2 bath suite is perfect for large families and the extra sofa bed and kitchenette adds so much room for everyone to spread out and relax. I’ve stayed at several of the Homewood suites across the country and they have never disappointed.
The staff were thoughtful and helpful, even to some guests that were quite rude to them.
Everything was great except for the breakfast which of course due to COVID was a grab brat with just a mini muffin and orange. Besides that great stay
