2 kids, ages 9 & 12, and 3 adults in suite with 2 queens + sofa bed. Large, quiet, clean room. Great breakfast. Pool just fine. We stayed 1 night enroute to Cape May, NJ from NC. Toured Jamestown Settlement, which we highly recommend. Sorry we did not have enough time in Williamsburg.

had a great stay at this very lovely hotel. Loved the modern decor and color scheme. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and the free hot breakfast was great. Plenty of good choices for everyone.

Great hotel and staff. Rooms were clean and nice. Pool and hot tub had too much chlorine, but we still went in. Great hotel for the price!!!!!

Fine inexpensive limited service hotel near Wm and Mary. Got just what I paid for. Wi Fi could have been better, but I have that complaint a lot.

Stayed for a few days while visiting Williamsburg, and it was a fantastic hotel

I love this hotel, I have season passes to Busch gardens and we always stay here. Awesome hotel, amenities, friendly staff, & the rooms are always clean.

This was hands down my best hotel experience. The staff was super friendly and the rooms where clean. They also gave us great information on things to do. To top it all off they had a fabulous breakfast waiting for me every morning.

The hotel staff was attentive and courteous. My room was exceptionally clean. The hotel was very quiet. Slept like a log. The bed was absolutely inviting. Wonderful decor throughout the hotel. I did not eat breakfast although there was a large selection of breakfast food available. I plan to return to this property again and again.

Very nice room for a reasonable rate; loved having a sitting area and an empty fridge. Towels a bit scratchy, but overall quite a nice room and we'd definitely stay here again. Located very close to the Historic Area Visitor Center and many restaurants nearby for meals. A real find.

We arrived late at night for check-in, but this was not a problem at all for the staff and they accommodated us without complaint or issue. The staff was extremely nice to us and the rooms were very clean, also larger than expects which was an added bonus. The stay could not have been better in my opinion and I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Stayed 8/31-9/3 Overall: Great location great price, nice decor, nice staff, and free breakfast is better than nothing. Location: Hotel was pretty much centrally-located: a few mins from the Outlets, Busch Gardens, Historical Triangle, and William & Mary. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staff: Staff was very nice and informative. They had lots of brochures available, some with coupons. I will note that when we came back from shopping one day, my boyfriend had found that the maid actually folded some clothes he left out and set them neatly on top of his bag. We thought it was nice, but not sure how others would feel about someone obviously touching their belongings like that. Also, I would recommend bringing your own travel-size shampoo and conditioner because they don't replenish that everyday. Room: I booked a king bedroom, and it was quite roomy. Not at all dark, like some customers have said. The bed was comfy, a little on the firm side but still comfortable. The little sitting area with the sofa was nice, and we were able to bring food to put in the mini-fridge and heat up in the microwave. However, we both noticed that the carpeting around the fridge seemed to be moist- the fridge didn't seem to be leaking so not sure what the cause was. I will also say that it was a bit annoying to have to swivel the TV if we wanted to watch in bed (the TV is attached to the desk, closer to where the sofa is), and the screen size is a bit on the smaller side. The bathroom is pretty standard and nice- clean and modern, good water pressure and zero issues with water temperature. The only thing I would complain about is the size which I know can't be helped, but it was basically impossible for the door to be opened with 2 people at the sink. It wasn't that big of an issue, but every time I tried closing or opening the door, my boyfriend and I would have to shuffle over and move the floor mat so the door wouldn't get stuck on it- and we're both very petite. Accommodations: We didn't use the pool/jacuzzi but it looked nice enough. I went to the free breakfast one morning and wasn't impressed nor surprised in a bad way. It's free so I didn't expect much. They had 3 types of cereal, coffee, milk and juice, mini bagels and mini cinnamon buns (no icing), sausage links, and egg "patties"- everything looks like it comes from a package except the waffles, which I guess explains their popularity. The waffles are the only thing that are "made to order" (albeit self-service). They had apples, oranges, and bananas too. The sausage wasn't bad but very salty, and bagels are bagels. I refused to eat the eggs, but my boyfriend tried one and said it tasted terrible. It's nice that they even have a free breakfast and they let you take it to your room for those in your party who don't want to wake up early (I've been to hotels where it was prohibited to take any food items back to your room, even if it's wrapped up). So it's definitely appreciated, but they could at least have authentic hot food, not some stuff they just heat up in a microwave. One last note- I have no idea what happened, but while walking out to our car, I look up at the awning over the entrance and notice a HUGE gash on the left side. Looks like maybe a truck or RV had hit it? And they just haven't come around to repairing it yet.. which if a business cares at all about their appearance and how your customers view it, that would probably be the first thing I'd schedule to repair.

The room was big and very clean. The breakfast was good. The check-in was fast. The hotel itself is very lovely and modern looking, especially the lobby. Near restaurants. Safe area. Close to Jamestown, Yorktown and of course Old Williamsburg.

It was honestly better than I expected. Great rooms and great service.

Staff very courteous- fast check- in. Newer hotel- very clean. Loved the continental breakfast.

At first the wife and I felt as we walked in, that the hotel was not that good, but it turned out to be just what we wanted. The decor does not match the area's colonial atmosphere, instead has dark carpets, walls, halls and elevators. Not as clean as I would of liked in our bathroom, the rest of the room was OK.( We do look for bedbugs in every room we sleep in now and found none in our room.) The breakfast bar was good and had make your own waffles which was great along with many other items that were heavily stocked. We would stay there again.

Great location if visiting Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. Breakfast buffet looked OK but limited seating made it unbearable .... Cracker Barrel 100 yards away. Rooms were new, blankets were just OK ... bathroom head could have some more pressure. Overall, for value, location and cleanliness made this is a good place to stay for a quick trip. Pool was nice for kids to settle down too.

very nice hotel. would recommed to friends. really close to outlet mall.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights, the suites are a little small, but they were very clean, there was a pool (although the chlorine levels were very high and burned) a game room, a computer room, laundry all of which we used. The breakfast was not the best, very minimal, but for the money it was a good value.

I have nothing but praise for this hotel. Everything and everywhere in this place was totally clean and a feeling of brand new. The breakfast had many choices and the whole staff was family friendly. Our room lacked nothing for comfort and the rolling table in the room was a nice touch when rolled up to the couch for a great place to have a brought in meal. I was sad when we had to leave this home away from home.

Great hotel but I would suggest arriving for the continental breakfast before 8:00 am. No room to sit after 8:00 am.
