Had to drive 90 minutes out of my way to find another hotel because they cancelled my two rooms. I did not find this out until i arrived at the hotel. I had confirmed my rooms by phone two weeks before my stay.
Slow staff, cigarette musty smell in the halls. Owner called twice and left a message asking to leave a positive review in exchange for future discount.
Double charged by property, advertised as pet friendly hotel but actually doesn’t allow pets, room carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time, trash all over property.
Arrived at 7:30 pm and my room still wasn’t ready. Took 30 minutes for them to get staff to clean it up, then when I get in my room it’s sweltering as the a/c had not been on all day took several hours for the room to cool down. On the upsides the room was clean and the insulation was good couldn’t hear anything out side the room.
Easy access. Rooms needed renovation. The room we received was dirty, beds unmade, spilled beer. No bedspreads. We asked for another room and were given one ALREADY OCCUPIED! VERY EMBARRASSING! The third room proved to be barely acceptable. We would not recommend this motel to anyone.
Room was dirty at check in.. tv was breaking up the whole time. Got locked out of my room the second day because my card didnt work anymore
Very outdated decor, which is fine, but was not very clean and smelled like smoke. No one wearing masks or taking Covid precautions. Did not feel safe.
Mostly pretty dismal...water from the sink had a strong metallic flavor and seemed unfit to drink. Sliding door to the veranda would not close properly; got a maintenance man to make a temporary fix. WiFi nearly useless. Staff were reasonably friendly & helpful though. But we won't be back.
ok for and older motel. rooms were ok. Bathroom fans need to be replaced.
Interstate side is a little loud, but great clean cheap place to stay.
Room was smokey smelling and think room had fleas because I had bites around my ankle while working at the desk. The front desk really didn’t care that my room smelled or that the bug trap had fleas in it. They tried to masked the smell with an over dose of carpet fresh. A very tired hotel that need renovations.
I stay at this hotel often but this specific time the rooms heat would not work correctly the temp wouldn't go above 57 and it was below 0 outside I'm not sure if other rooms was like this or just mine other than that things was great
It was a great location, cheap and clean. The front desk help was great, getting a role out was easy. Would stay here again.
Room was not ready until 4pm,booked room with a balcony but was told someone stayed over so we couldn't have it. Very strong Marijuana odor. Housekeepers very friendly,front desk was ok. Nice pool,breakfast not so good.
Good hotel. Inexpensive and comfortable. I was first staying in a room with kingbed, but next week stayed in a room with two double bed. I liked better the second room. It was less expensive but as comfortable and actually in a better condition.
We had a speedy check in and the hotel was full. Very nice staff and helpful with questions. Sat outside around the courtyard and enjoyed the evening.
The only things I did not like was that the water smelled bad, made you feel dirty, and the shower pressure sucked. The room was clean and the staff was very nice! I will stay there again. Hopefully the water issue will be fixed by then!
