Don’t let the brick exterior fool you. This hotel is beautiful and very clean on the inside. Beds were very comfy and 4 great pillows on each bed. Breakfast was delicious and even had smoothies! Would definitely stay there again.

Great location near the new Air & Space Museum. Enjoyed the small gym & indoor pool and tiny hot tub : ). The beds were comfy, nice linens, very clean & fresh, microwave & small refrig. Cookies at nite & Nice breakfast in the AM hosted by a wonderful attentive fellow! Very relaxing stay : )

Location is tops. For someone staying in the Dulles Airport area while visiting Washington, DC, the hotel serves as a first-class arrival spot and base. One drawback is that if you rent a car, as we did, traffic in the DC suburbs is tough.

Rooms seemed old, outdated and bathroom felt dirty. All the elevator buttons looked like they never been clean.

When I checked in I asked not to have a adjourning room as I am a woman traveling alone and did not feel safe. They would not make any accommodations for this. Next I ask to have my Hilton honors number associated with the room.. they would not do that. As a result if this I had to pay for Wifi. A Hilton honors associates called the front desk to ask them to do this also but was told no they would not accommodate Holton either in this request

Manager was gracious and acknowledged our one difficulty. Breakfast was quite nice. Some places in the bathroom needed better cleaning.

The beds and pillows were so soft and comfy. Very quiet location and despite being close to the Dulles airport, we didn’t hear a single plane. Breakfast was so-so, although they did serve eggs and sausage patties, and waffles. I would stay there again.

True hospitality is hard to find, yet the staff at this hotel went the extra mile from James at the front desk to the woman setting up breakfast. All with a smile. Great experience all around.

The room was nice and smelled good but the pillows and blankets were kindve uncomfortable... I would definitely stay here again but I’d bring my own sleeping stuff next time.

Lighting (with CFL bulbs) seemed very yellow, dim, and unnatural in the room, decor was a bit tired, TV channel selection unfortunate ("PBS" was an infomercial channel). Overall, though, a good value for location, cleanliness, free breakfast, etc.

A major plumbing issue erupted in my ,and the guy next door's room. After many chemical assaults on the sink ,it was still blocked with really foul smelling stuff that permeated the entire second floor. I back- and - forth with the desk but finally moved to third floor. Then The keying system failed and locked us out! Seems okay now and they're trying hard to iron stuff out!

Easy Check-in and check-out. Friendly staff at front desk. Room is just the right size. Bed is ok but pillows are a little too soft. Room smells a little weird though. Wi-fi connection works fine but only allows for 3 devices. Breakfast has good selection of hot food and there is adequate seating space even though there are quite a lot of people.

The person at the check-in desk acted like she couldn't be bothered to help me. Beyond that, she couldn't be rid of me fast enough. When I got to the room, it had two settings, uncomfortably warm or frigid. There was mold around the tub, and hair all over the bed. I am very disappointed.

We needed a hotel that guaranteed very early shuttle to the airport at 430 am. Not many would but this Hampton did. And they delivered. We were in by 9:00 pm and out at 4:30 am so didn't get much chance to experience much. But the room was beautiful, clean, and the night desk staff was super polite, scheduled the shuttle and the shuttle driver was waiting for us when we came down at 4:30 am! We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is off of 50, so it's easy to go to Fairfax, Middleburg and Leesburg--also not far from DC. The bed and pillows did not disappoint. The hotel lobby is also nice and updated, however, the elevators and hallways and rooms need a renovation. We really liked the free breakfast every morning and the free wifi.

I was perfectly comfortable at the Hampton Inn. It is about 10 minutes away from Dulles. I had a rental car, but a shuttle is also available. The room was nice and reasonably quiet. The free breakfast buffet was quite good, including a few hot entrées as well as all of the traditional cold items. There are lots of restaurants and shops within a five-minute drive. I would stay here again.

It was a pleasant surprise. Very clean and the staff was so helpful and very friendly. The hotel was convenient to everything. We were very pleased.

I booked the Hampton Inn Chantilly for a weekend outing with my daughter and grandsons. The staff was very friendly and responsive to our needs. The breakfast buffet was great, and the indoor pool and Jacuzzi were a hit with the boys. However, we went to 3 different rooms before we found one that did not smell like it had mold growing in it. The lady at the desk was very nice about it and moved us until we found a room that was suitable.

Location is tops. For someone staying in the Dulles Airport area while visiting Washington, DC, the hotel serves as a first-class arrival spot and base. One drawback is that if you rent a car, as we did, traffic in the DC suburbs is tough.
