A newly renovated two bedroom apartment downtown Cape Vincent! Located on Broadway Street between The Cape Vincent Brewery and The Cup Of Joy Coffee Shop. There are several restaurants, shops and a grocery store within walking distance. This apartment is located right across the street from the Wolfe Island Ferry Dock as well as the Village Green where you can enjoy a concert or a Cape Vincent Chamber Event. There is a town dock that has free 48 hour docking directly across the street. The boat launch is seconds away and is also free of charge. You can also enjoy a visit to The Historical Tibbetts Point Lighthouse which is 2 miles away. Clayton, NY is about a 15 minute drive and also has several shops, restaurants and boat tours. This beautiful apartment is located above The Twist of Cape Ice Cream Store. Washer and dryer available on site.

Relax and unwind
Upon arriving, the property was exactly as advertised and located where walking to everything in town was perfect for us. From the coffee shop next door to start the day or the CV Brewery to relax and wind down after a day on The RIVER, we couldn't have found a more perfect location! We will absolutely be back and would recommend this property to anyone who enjoys peace and quiet.
