I have stayed in Cancun 7 times and this was the least friendly staff I've ever experienced by far. Besides Alex the host in the front, he is the only one who gave me the experience I am used to. I did not care for the rooms. The buffet was surprisingly good, although the restaurants were poor. The pool and beach area were nice. If you like to party and don't want to leave the resort, they had a nice party area for Pink Party, Jungle Party, White Party, etc.
