The resort was a disappointment they couldn't find our reservations for 3 rooms. I spend a lot of my vacation time dealing with various issues. Never again!

excellent location beautiful beach and pools. there is no bottle water served FYI and the food is just ok and room service is a 5 dollar fee : hotel was actually sold out . it was a beautiful resort and had very nice workers i would go again

Good: clean, aesthetic common area, ambience, decent rooms, staff works hard, that’s about it Bad: slowest checkin, even gave wrong keys, not enough activities even in busy spring time, services are not coordinated, room amenities were not routinely replenished, most of the pools are deep and not kid friendly, average food in buffet, have to ask for better liquor else they serve cheap one Worst: beach towels run out all though out the day, not enough chairs at all- mostly to push renting cabanas, room amenities, water and minibar not replenished as advertised and one need to call service everyday, coffee and gelato stations do not open promptly as advertised, reservations for hotel hard and food is bad Visited with a group of five families. Will never return or recommend this place. Worst all inclusive experience out of four all inclusive vacations in past 5 years. I wonder why the rating is high for this place. Maybe only Royal Service is focus for them.

The staff is excellent. The daily room cleaning and replenishing service was not up to 4-5 star mark. Everyday something was not replenished. (Towels, body cream, coffee making stuff etc.) has to call the room service everyday after coming to the room. Once called they would come in less than 5 minutes, so that was good.

Excellent and super property.... Very clean, organised and easily accessible....loved my stay and my daughter was super happy....

The beach is unreal, you can go out waist deep and still see your feet!

Staff is wonderful and friendly. We opted for Royal Service though we did not feel like having a butler made any real difference. We saw our butler upon arrival, and not much assistance was given afterwards. He mentioned a surprise on our last night, and nothing ever arrived. Overall, the Royal Service exclusive restaurant was wonderful and we enjoyed the staff very much. The hydrotherapy pool was unfortunately gross and didn’t function properly. It needs to be redone and thoroughly cleaned. It makes my skin crawl just thinking about it. I would also avoid eating at Enso, all other restaurants were decent.

The staff was great!! The food was good too! Andres, one of the waiters was the sweetest and most humblest ever!!! And then there was Michael, the concierge manager, who was so attentive with our little one, making sure we always had a spot by the pool with a shade...

I found the restaurant booking process unclear, it would be easier to walk up to the restaurant and book a table rather than having to call a number before a certain time. There were no instructions for the safe in our room and our bed was broken. Sometimes, in the restaurants it could take a long time for a drink to arrive. The reception is always really busy and only a small area. There were no drinks menus on the bars. Although this sounds like a long list of negatives, they were only small things. We still had an amazing holiday. The hotel is very beautiful, the staff work very hard and it's in a stunning location.

Just came back from Our trip it was awesome ! I only had an issue with the outlets in our room most of them didn’t work /or were too big to hold our phone chargers in . Had to use bathroom one for my phone. Also wished the Asian restaurants were open for lunch, hard to get to all of the restaurants for dinner time . But other than that amazing! :)

Trying to make reservations. We had a group of 7 and we made two days in advance. Mole was the worst. We made reservations for 7:30 one night and when we got there they said it was for 9:30. The second time we made the reservation for 7:30 and they said it was for 7. They seated us after we made a fuss. Also they should have carry out containers for the desserts if they do not want you taking plates out of the buffet. Pool waiters were excellent. Other workers tried to take the umbrellas from you. They do have some things to work on. Seems like when they are busy is when they lack experience.

i really like this place is the 2 time i have stay there i will stay again on the futures
