Amazing views and many places to relax! The food was not bad, staff was exceptional!

Half way through our vacation our safe was robbed. We spent most of the day at the pool and beach when we returned to our room neither one of our key cards worked to unlock the door. We went to the front desk to get new keys when we did get in the room I opened the safe (which opens with the key card) and noticed all of our large bills $100s, $50s and $20s gone at least $800. The $5s and $10s remained, didn’t quite understand that but its how it was. Had to be stolen by staff. We called our concierge to come up with security we talked with them for over an hour with no resolve. The hotel did nothing to compensate us for our loss even when they told us they believe we were robbed and this has happened before. Obviously we will NOT return to the Paradisus again.

Ther is only 1 place to get breakfast and its too too busy..Also bring plenty of peso or American cash..atms are awful with fees .common in mexico

The property itself was beautiful. Overall a good experience but many of our expectations were not met. Our problems started at the Checkin process. No welcome drink and a mediocre greeting. Put in a long line only to be told that our request for an ocean view (which we paid extra for) was not available. I should mention we came with five other couples who were all unhappy with their rooms and locations because it was not what they paid for. Some of the rooms had a musty odor and views of the AC condenser. Our shower in particular kept backing up and flooding the bathroom and hallway. We called twice only to have no one come to even look at it never mind fix it. After two days of this they offered a room change and the new room was better but then our AC unit began leaking from the ceiling. And when I say leaking, I actually mean pouring. This they fixed immediately and we remained in that room for the remainder of the trip. I have to say we were pretty pleased with the food our only criticism would be that the buffet didn’t have enough variety and they were constantly running out of bacon. For a resort that size they should have two buffets running because it was very crowded. Breakfast/food staff was very friendly but the concierge staff needs a charm course. They should go above and beyond and they did not. Anytime we had an issue that acted that it was our problem and that we just had to live with it. Needless to say none of our party (10 people) will be returning.

We had family concierge service during our stay, and it was worth its weight in gold! Special shoutout to Gloria and Brenda, our butlers! I give this resort an overall 4 out 5 based on our family trip with kids included. I was so glad to find a baby-friendly resort in Cancun as those are hard to find. Having the ability to drop off kids under the age of 4 to kid's club without additional fees was great. However the baby zone is for 1-5 yrs of age but there were were more babies present than older toddlers so my 3 yr old kid was not interested in going back. As far as restaurants, the food was mediocre except for Bana, which our group loved. I wish they had a standard kid's menu at all the restaurants so ordering familiar foods was easy, like pizza, chicken nuggets, spaghetti, etc. Like other family friendly resorts do. The location and distance from the airport was a big plus. We enjoyed the experience, and would recommend Paradisus Cancun.

Needs more live band to dance every weekend not only once a week.

It is a very nice hotel. Family friendly and very helpful staff.

Kid’s and teen’s club staff members are great. They went above and beyond to make children happy. It helped to calm children and us down after we found out upon arrival that the restaurants we were hoping to visit were under construction- huge disappointment! Moreover it happened to be a shock since it was not mentioned anywhere before we made our decision to come to Paradisus.

Service was great! Food is ok. **Only the sale people are very annoy!!!!! hard sell like always. (They are selling membership which called time share .....)Waste your time for 3 hours.

I usually never write reviews BUT. The staffs were not friendly. Food was the worst I ever have tried. Now I know what “you get what you pay for” means. Please try Rio. Much better place.

As our staff told you, our hotel has high security and registration standards that help us gather decisive information to appropriately follow up on all cases that are reported in our resort. Thanks to these protocols and records we were able to verify that there was no dishonest action by the collaborators who had access to your room, since according to the records, the only people who had access to your belongings were those who had the security keys that you always had in your possession. That is why all rooms have an advanced program that registers who enters or who uses the safe in each room.
