The front desk staff are not friendly and try to sell more stuff upon arrival. Be aware of when they claim all inclusive when booking. The bar was full of people without mask and we’re not drinking.

I loved how helpful the staff were! As soon as you walk in, there’s an amazing scent I love it. Didn’t even feel like a hotel, more like a resort! Their breakfast could be a tad bit better & their channel SUCK! Other than that I enjoyed my stay! Beautiful view w/ balcony! Definitely coming back!

The room smell was unpleasant. The room was above the pool area which was loud EVERY DAY and NIGHT until 10 pm. No time was relaxing due to the noise. We went to relax and de-stress. It was anything but....

We did not have hot water for the shower our entire stay.

Nothing to wow about it's just ur basic hotel nothing really going on at nights or day. Staff was nice room was clean breakfast was the same every single day. Electricity went out our first night there for about 5 hours. We were not allowed to bring outside food. Would I go back? No I would not to dead for my likings I'm more of an up beat person. We did take the bus for 12 pesos to the clubs a 10 min drive.

They have 3 restaurants on site, the hotel its on the beach, they have different activities during the day and the entertainers Gustavo and Sevastian are great, the restaurant servers are excellent specially Ruben and Fredy. The only thing we did not like was that they give you the option to pay CASH or credit card, AND when you pay them cash they get mad, that was the only frustration

Americans, DO NOT STAY HERE! We arrived on July 4th for a 2 night stay to cap off our 8 day Yucatan vacation. We were excited about a small hotel on the big row! We've been traveling to Cancun, Cozumel, etc. for more than 20 years and this was the ONLY time we have PRE-PAID, WALKED OUT within 30 minutes & lost our $$. The front desk ladies were rude, talked about us in Spanish & clearly did not care. This all before we walked into the hotel and to our room. To begin, we booked a Master Suite that their own website lists as OCEAN VIEW. We were given a suite that was like a canopy over the swimming pool that if you looked between the drunk beer drinking contest, the buildings and the palm trees... you MIGHT be able to see a glimmer of water. We went back to the front desk to explain this is not the room we expected, nicely. Lo siento. Eye roll. We were to pack up our stuff and be back to the front desk at noon tomorrow in case there was a better room open. Seriously?? We went to the pool bar to have a beer and discuss our options. There we discovered the drink price menu. Your all-inclusive provides you DosXX, but every drinkable liquor was a full-priced drink that you had to pay extra for... and there was a restaurant per night quota system? We decided to find another hotel. When we went to front desk to let them know we were leaving, they just rolled their eyes, spoke more about us in Spanish and brought out scissors to cut our wrist bands. The bellmen were professional.

The ocean view from our room was great. The food is ok but not excellent and the elevator didn't work.

Toilet kept getting clogged and one side of the room had a funny smell. The people were friendly , check in was exactly 3pm

Everything people where very nice Nice shows and entertaining Really good food
