This place has ZERO hot water, but in the shower, no towels, no soap! No water pressure on kitchen, no space, no privacy and no most of the time no internet and no electricity lastly the toilet DONT works half the time other then that ur phone signal barely works and it’s just a maze to get in and out of this place.

Se quedaron con mi dinero y no me dieron alojamiento, luego de hacer la reserva y pagarla online por la agencia, me cansé de llamarlos para que me dieran CHECK IN que tenía para el día 23/02/2022. La reserva fue hecha ese mismo día a las 6.30 pm hora local de Cancun y según la info del Check in, el mismo era a partir de las 14 hs comunicándose con el establecimiento, cosa que hice y nunca me atenderon! Me cansé de llamarlos desde las 7 pm y nunca nadie respondió. Solo al día siguiente contestaron el telefóno ( una señora llamada Alicia ) y hasta pusieron en duda de que yo hubiera realizado la reserva y el pago, a lo cual respondí que tenía impreso mi recibo de pago, entonces prometieron devolverme el dinero con una devolución y nunca lo hicieron, realmente VERGONZOSO! Fue así como buscando en la web opiniones de este lugar, encontré esta publicación de otra persona que como yo fue timada o estafada por este supuesto alojamiento.
