I only spent a night here for business, but I had a great experience! I was allowed to check in early with no fuss, I was upgraded to a nicer room, and all of the staff were incredibly friendly! The room was nice and clean, modern, and comfortable. The restaurant had a good breakfast (not included ...
This place is great! I’m sad we only got to enjoy it for one night. It’s in a good location, the decor is super cool, they have a great bar & are associated with a really good restaurant (The Jackrabbit). Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean & modern, and the beds were super comfy!! Couldn’t ...
The Heathman staff are warm and welcoming. Beds are supepcomfortable and We always feel like we are “returning home” when we stay here. Always our top choice in Portland. The attached Breakwaters Restaurant is also fabulous!!
Great hotel, we walked everywhere. Only issue is the weird sliding bathroom doors, not much for privacy. But other than that great hotel and great friendly staff. We had a great view of water, museum across the river, and nice courtyard.
Quiet rooms with very little street noise. Hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and shops down town. Daily parking rate of $15 is reasonable. The surrounding streets are very clean, with nice tree covering, and no homeless individuals late at night. Ideal location for late spring, summer, ...
Great one night stay! Friendly staff, clean with comfortable room. Great location looking over the river and town, and within walking distance to most of what Portland has to offer. I loved the modern look on the inside with a pineapple twist. The only thing that I didn't like was the road noise ...
upgrade unit is better than the lowest one due to inside corridor and no wind through the door. We stayed two weekends in the row - the first one upgrade unit, the second one not, so speaking from experience. :)
Wonderful place to spend our Wedding night. Staff was great and made everything easy and they threw in some extras since we were newly weds. Phone didn’t work so we had to call room service from the lobby. Otherwise we had a great time
Hotel was great. Friendly staff and great location.
Check in was easy, gal gave us tons of suggestions for food and fun, door man and valet parking. It was awesome!
