"Beautiful property. Security screens anyone entering the premises so it feels very safe inside. We had a super frustrating experience with our room unfortunately. The room above us leaked through our ceiling and it started peeling all over the floor. We literally had to talk to the front desk every single day we were there to get maintenance to come twice, to find us a new room at maintenance’s request so they could fix the leak, to fix our key cards because they didn’t get set up right when we moved rooms. And just attitude from the phone operator any time we called like it was our fault this happened. We were offered a $25 bar credit for our troubles, only after we asked for some kind of compensation - which doesn’t really make up for the amount of time spent calling them, moving rooms, etc. they also offered us late checkout but then never updated our key cards so we got locked out and had to call security to get back in. Just not a fun time there, which is sad because it really could be a neat place. "

"This property should be shut down. It is not habitable. There was rust in the bathroom, in the bathtub, sink, and the light fixtures. The beds were extremely old and all the bedding was wet/damp. The ceiling was leaking in the dining room, furniture was extremely outdated. We had to cancel our reservation and stay somewhere else. The pictures do not show the true property. "
