Excellent free breakfast, scrambled eggs were as good as high end restaurant, lots of food choices, lady who ran it was friendly and stayed on top of it.
Room is spacious. Staff are courteous. Towels and amenities are plentiful. Bathroom sink is not adequately cleaned. Room has a funny smell, like it was previously used by smokers.
could have more options for breakfast. ran out of muffins. we got stuck in the elevator for a full 15 minutes.

The toilet dudnt work in our first room, so management moved us to another floor. Great, except for the overpowering Marijuana smell. Laundry was FREE which was awesome on our cross country trip. Breakfast stunk, but tgats bc of NY state and covid.

We were allowed an early check in. The front desk staff was so nice to us! The hotel was very clean. Everybody wore their masks.

We arrived at the hotel quite late and there were two people behind the counter checking us in; quite friendly. Checking out was also quick and easy; just handed back the room key. The room itself was, well, a room. Nothing special about it. It was a place to sleep for the night while visiting the local college. It was clean, didn't smell, and the a/c worked. My husband and I have different opinions on the bedding, he likes a rock hard bed, I don't. I enjoy a softer bed, which is what the room had. I thoroughly enjoyed my night's sleep. The only issue was that we were right next to the door to go outside and there were a few times where I was awoken by people going in and out throughout the early morning hours. Other than that, not much to say.
Nice property and really nice staff. So courteous and caring. Walls are too thin though. Could hear people arguing, among other noises...it was hard to sleep However for that price and the kindness of the staff I would totally stay again. Thank you
The building façade is need of a power wash and/or new layer of paint, however the staff and the overall conditions of the lobby and room were a pleasant surprise.
Liked: check-in/desk staff; Breakfast on-site is adequate; Nearby gym and pool is good (although the times allotted for family swim are poor choices in my opinion); mini-fridge microwave are very convenient; walk to many choices of food; 2 queens beds (this is what drew me to this hotel over all others in area). Disliked: mold around bath tub caulking (really maintenance staff needs to fix this as it takes only 1 hour to re-do a tub); thin blankets; USB outlets at desk didn't work.
