Was not a super nice room but it did the job. Pool water was very cold and room should have come with breakfast.

First impressions were mixed. The lobby was great. Facilities seemed nice. The front desk guy was a bit off though. Making jokes about how my woman and I were illegals and how I stole this credit card. He was joking but it was still weird. But the rooms were nice and the bathroom was clean and updated. It felt like a comfortable place. Hallways were a bit dingy tho. Those could be kept cooler and updated to feel less claustrophobic. Free wifi and parking. Free coffee in the room, also had an iron, hair dryer, fridge and microwave. There was an indoor pool and fitness center, but sadly no hot tub. I'd definitely stay here again.

We had a smaller room , but we were upgraded to a bigger room . The staff at that time Tisha and Mark were kind enough to accommodate our family. They went out of their way to make sure we had enough pillows, towels , blankets . I also observed that they were very kind to othersf members. We never had an experience like this . Also rooms were clean, bathrooms were nice and beautiful.

As a Platinum member I was told I could choose between a bottle of water or receiving my points for my stay. I wasn't offered an upgraded room and the desk clerk had a slight attitude like we were disturbing his night bc of the time we checked in.

The hotel was fine, room was always clean. Location was also good, walking distance to several eating establishments. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were lacking.

It was really good. The front desk personnel was really nice, and the room was really comfortable to stay!

The bed was amazing. the room service breakfast was "OK", nothing special, but the restas was awesome. A good stop spot after a long road trip.

Had a good stay here on the way to wedding. They allowed us to check-in early and gave us a great room with a view of the river.

Check in was pleasant. The room was clean, well furnished, and had lots of outlets for our electronics. The wi-fi was stable - not slow or spotty. The mini-fridge worked properly. The bathroom was better than average. Spouse enjoyed indoor pool, which opens early. We were very satisfied. River view was very nice.

The room we were in was so nice and comfy. We had a king size bed and it was really nice. Loved everything about it. The bathroom was a little small but when you see how big thenrestnof the room is then it's not a big deal. The bed was amazingly comfortable. We had been driving for over six hour so it was a perfect place to rest.

I stayed here 1 night for business and it was an okay hotel. It had a great view of the river which was nice and the location is pretty great. You had to pay extra for the breakfast which was unclear at the time of booking.

Nothing terrible about the place. There isn't much going on in the area. The beds were not at all comfortable, the mattress sunk to the middle. The pillows were terrible- soft should've been labeled "paper-thin" and the firm should've been labeled "extra soft". The staff was generally nice so no complaints there.

The staff could not be any more accomodating and courteous

I booked Executive 2 double bed room because I wanted to be on a quiet floor. Instead, we were given a regular room across from a couple who were intent on working out whatever was wrong with their relationship (at midnight). Reception claimed the booking site had changed the reservation and there was nothing they could do about it, though they they did comp our breakfast, which was supposed to be included. Got very little sleep and then only after calling security because we could hear the screaming through two doors and for an hour.

Wish they had a hottub in their pool area, but they did not. Otherwise, the staff was good. I forgot a few things and they were helpful at the front desk. Had dinner at the bar one night, and the food was good -- but the female bartender was terrible - slow service, inattentive, paying attention to her cell phone instead of customers, etc. So I left after finishing my food and one drink, and I went elsewhere. It is right in downtown, so quite a few other bars/ restaurants are within 1-2 blocks.

Everything I needed, clean, quite, comfortable, good staff, and good location.

Very friendly helpful staff. Paid extra $10 for complimentary breakfast for 2 (there were 3 of us). Two of us had buffet which was very good and my son choose a meal from the menu. There was no charge for any of the meals. How nice and unexpected!

Service was very good and room was new and clean. Coffee maker wasn't working and the staff brought fresh coffee up within 10 minutes.

Only stayed 1 night, but was very pleased. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone.

The dinner buffet was reasonably priced and after driving 7 hours it was a welcome site to stay at the hotel and eat there.
