Booked suite room# 724. The suite has what feels like a conference room as soon as you walk in. The bedroom was nice but the living room area was awkward. Also noticed a few stains on the carpets. Kids loved the open space. So much room for activities!
Stayed for 2 nights with my mom and my two kids and had a great experience. The hotel and rooms were very clean. We had two rooms and one room faced the thru way which did cause some noise at night but the other room did not have that problem. Location was great convenient to a nice park with a splash ...
I have stayed at the hotel many times before. The room was very clean and comfortable. I liked that I had a separate sink with a microwave and refrigerator. The king size bed was amazing. The only thing I would change is the blinds. They seemed to be cracked.
We stayed here for about 3 days and I don't have a single complaint! The room was nice, dated, but great! The beds were extremely comfortable for the type of hotel it was and the bathrooms had the basics, minus shampoo and conditioner. This hotel doesn't offer breakfast but it is very close to restaurants ...
With my daughter going to Binghamton University we have driven up and stayed over many hotels in the area. Luckily I guess I saved the best for last. I’ve never stayed here until this past weekend when I went to get her because she’s finished with her degree. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed ...

Binghamton is truly a great place for sports, both professional and amateur. The Binghamton Senators are the local professional hockey team, and they take the ice every winter at the hockey club on Stuart Street.
This is our third time staying at this property and we can't be more pleased with this hotel. Check-in is fast and easy, and we are greeted with a buffet of hot beverages, fruit infused water, and cookies. The rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful and there are items that are there every day, but there are also daily specials which range from omelets to eggs, bacon, and sausage, to sausage and biscuits with redeye gravy. The Belgian waffles are also amazing and available every day. When I asked if they had real maple syrup, I was gifted with my own small personal bottle of local genuine maple syrup. We LOVE this place and whenever we come to Cortland, we stay here! We have even revised our travel dates just to be able to stay here, and not have to settle at another hotel. Definitely recommend!
Everything was great except for one incident. I arrived in Endicott a night early and paid full price for the room. A young lady was at the desk and after paying for the room asked if that room was good for the following two nights. She assured me it was. The stay the next night was ok, but returning the last night found out my key would not work. I went to the office and the man told me that it was put down as a no show that I never checked in. Apparently because of a personnel change she thought I was a no show and rented my room to someone else. My clothes were locked up in the house cleaning room. I was told there were no rooms left. After about ten minutes a room became available and everything turned out all right. Other than that my experience was great.
Checkin was fine, though did ask to change rooms since original one had a VERY faint odor of smoke. Staff was helpful and changed our room w/o incident. All else was fine until 2:30 AM when what the next morning revealed to be a biker group decided to basically have a party outside our room in the parking lot. Complained to the front desk where they instantly did go out to ask the group to turn down their music. But the voices and revving engines continued for another 10 minutes, including them knocking on window and door of room next to us to wake up a member of their party. Eventually though quieted down and was able to sleep. Other than this very rude interruption, place was fine.
We stayed here after visiting the giraffe in Vestal. Nice hotel - the room was quite large, but not very cheery... The bathroom was huge, not too modern though. The pool was FANTASTIC. Very small but extremely warm which was perfect for me with three little children. Breakfast was super - I love the Lemon Water in the lobby 24/7.
