Don't stay here!

The room was filthy- the bathroom floor had dirt caked in corners. The towels are coarse and flimsy. I was told I had “superior” king room- it was literally a room with a king bed. The windows and doors are very flimsy and unsafe. You can hear everything!

Towels were dirty, room old and dingy, would not recommend unless you have no other options. Had to stay there for parent weekend at bing because everything else was sold out, but never again.

There was a very noisy person staying in the room above us, playing loud music and dragging his chair back and forth, back and forth. First I went to the front desk to complain, then my husband went a second time to complain. The gentleman at the front did go and speak to the person staying above us. The music lessened but the noise continued. We had to rush out in the morning so we called from the car to speak to someone. We had had a terrible night and felt that some sort of compensation was only fair. Nobody has called me back. This is the Red Roof Inn in Binghamton. Not nice. We're very disappointed.
