I would recommend staying at the Vestal location (near SUNY-B) over this one, if you have some flexibility regarding locations. That facility appears to be newer and rooms/furnishings show newer room design.

Great location. Walking distance to food and shopping. Easy on/ easy off expressway. Free breakfast was excellent. Good choices of both hot and cold foods. Waffle maker!!

Overall ok plus... pricey for what it provides. Staff was friendly and helpful, hotel was clean. Traveling with my son, the reservation was for 2 beds. On check in the receptionist informs me they have a room with 1 king for me. Oops... luckily she was immediately rectify it. Room was simple, clean, tidy and well aerated. Bathroom was clean and adequate. Coffee machine was on the counter in the bathroom... unhygenic. No microwave, fridge or safe in the room. TV and selection of channels was more than enough, everything in the room was in working order though the AC was quite loud and took getting used to (I must've woken up every time it came on during the night). Close to a shopping mall, supermarket, other hotels etc, no shortage of a variety of places nearby to eat dinner. Surprisingly, while close to the highway, the hotel was quiet. Pool was clean and inviting, though no hot-tub if you're hoping for one. Fitness room was barely that - treadmill, eliptical, some medicine balls and that was all... no weights, no bench, no pull up bar or anything similar that wouldn't cost much extra and there was more than enough room. Two things about the room bothered me. The beds were far too soft and therefore not comfortable for sleeping. The sheets and bedding smelled so strongly of bleach it bothered me and made falling asleep difficult. Breakfast was minimal and could barely keep up with demand.

In my opinion this was a very basic hotel. It suited our needs, which for this trip were a place to get dressed and a place to sleep. The furniture in the rooms was outdated, but the room was clean. The staff was nice. I would have expected to pay about half the price for the room. I was expecting it to be much nicer.

Following my grandson playing minor league baseball and the hotel was perfect. Meet all my needs and the staff was great.

This Hampton Inn was easy to get to, very clean and the staff was friendly. The bed and pillows were clean and very comfortable and I loved the Neutrogena amenities in the bathroom. You can't beat a free breakfast and really food coffee, either. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a very smooth experience at the hotel. Check in was fast and easy, as I had prepaid. Room was fine and staff was professional.

Good place for travelers, clean room, quiet location, good selection of local food choices. Negative is trying to find the hotel!

requested non smoking, but got a smoking room. No others available. wasn't happy

I have stayed at the Hampton Inn several times and I like it so much that I don't bother booking elsewhere when I am in town. The indoor pool is great, never crowded, rooms are modern, super comfortable, the staff is great and the breakfast is wonderful, complete with fresh fruit. I

Everything was great at the hotel. The only issue was that the pool was not open due to painting. However the smell of the paint in the pool area was so pungent it circulated through the first floor where I had my room . Consequently I had to leave the room window open at night. Otherwise it is a good place to stay

This hotel fit the bill perfectly. It was clean, and very convenient to the campus (with a car). And, it was fairly priced. What more could you ask for?

I selected this hotel to attend a Cornell Graduation in Ithaca, NY. This hotel is a little more than an hour away from Ithaca. Good Hotel, but the breakfast was horrible. They definitely need to do something to improve their breakfast standards.

A surprisingly reasonable hotel in the Binghamton area had all we needed for this short visit. Very friendly staff, fresh rooms, very clean, a nice complimentary breakfast before we left. Great value. Free wifi is always a nice touch.

The hotel was very nice

We used this hotel for an early morning flight out of BGM airport. It was fine, they accommodated our baby, and we were very happy. We arrived very late and left very early, so didn't take advantage of many amenities.

Picked it for the Pool. Pool was great. Location was out of the way in an industrial part. Nothing around and fairly ugly surroundings. Was recommended an awful diner that was "not too far". Was further than she thought and was awful. We could have gone into Binghamton and found much better places at the same distance!

The staff was very efficient and very friendly. The room was clean and the woman who handled the breakfast area was not only friendly but like the Energizer Bunny! Convenient location right off Route 17.

Was impressed with the hotel and the staff. Only comment was that the pool had way too much chlorine in it. My eyes burned and it effected my breathing just sitting there watching my kids swim.

just stayed overnight while driving from maine to ohio with two small children. the pool and hot tub are a big plus after 8 hrs in the car...the kids love it! continental breakfast is nice also. clean rooms and hotel.
