Amenities, room was clean, accessible to all - location was great. The guy that checked us in was unfriendly and couldn’t be bothered. Very ‘whatever attitude- swipe your card here and pls move along and get out of my face’ feel. Same for check out. I had to ask for a receipt that was literally printed and sitting on her desk. Same - please proceed to get out of my face. Not even a thank you. Again, hotel was fine but wouldn’t come back - a simple thank you makes a difference.

The room was nice; had difficulty at first locating the light switch that shuts off the headboard light. Bed a little hard. Staff and breakfast were great. Unfortunately for them, young girls wearing dirt-filled cleats roamed the halls and got dirt all over carpets on third floor and in elevator. Not the staff's fault.

Amazing stay!!! As a solo traveler for my 45th Vestal Highschool reunion my stay was perfect. I did not have any issues with my stay or the room. The staff was utmost friendly and caring. My room was in spotless throughout my stay. The morning breakfast was impressive. Not a plain continental breakfast but a full breakfast buffet menu. The best!! Thank you, When I'm back intown I will stay at the Holiday Inn Express.
