Despite the fact that I only stayed there 1 day, I was pleasantly impressed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone whishing to have a meaningful quit time.

The property was nice. I forgot a toothbrush for the first time ever. They didn't have a complimentary brush. Then I got a call at 11:30 saying they were calling from the front desk to "remind me" that checkout was at 11. First, I have an email from Expedia and from Candlewood Suites IHG saying checkout was 12pm. She said management was aware and will be updating. So I asked how I was supposed to know. She didn't have an answer, was not apologetic and not very nice. Just reminded me again I should be out of the room.

Overall my stay was OK. This hotel had a lot of workers driving big white utility trucks who are likely on the road for a week or more. Because of this, parking was limited. The rooms were comfortable but a little worn. Rooms are cleaned only on a weekly basis. There were homeless people about - not the hotel's fault but I did not feel safe at night.

Went for a concert and stayed here with my friends. While the price of the hotel is little expensive, I expect more from the hotel. The location is good for concert and dining options around the area, room are spacious but other than that, I cant really see any good things with the hotel. No breakfast, no perks (additional amenities like slippers,disposable toothbrush)

Staff seemed irritated to check me in, though the staff when I checked out were extremely friendly. The room has metal items, like metal drawer pulls in the bathroom and a metal bedside table that have rusted, which becomes a safety issue. The biggest concern was the odor in the hallway on the second floor. It smells like cat urine, but I don’t think that it is. I think that because of the high humidity in the hallway, it is more likely to be a black mold beneath the carpeting. That is a health risk and needs to be mitigated.

Have never used this brand of IHG hotels and was pleasantly surprised! It was more than we expected. The room was large with a great work space, even has a recliner chair! The kitchen had a full size fridge, a cooktop with 2 burners, microwave and dishwasher. Bed was comfortable. We had a nice corner room on the 1st floor so very quiet. Definitely would stay again and definitely would recommend!

Great stay. Syaff was very helpful and accomodating. This coffee lover had a coffee pot in the room that leaked water. The staff were able to replace it for a new one quickly and provided new towels since i had to use several to clean up water. Easy check in and leave. Loved layout of room and ample bathroom space.

It had some potential but i changed my mind when i checked in. I book (paid in full)two rooms and expedia did not have my 2nd reservation on file with hotel. It was unacceptable because the agent and i had to go back and fourth trying to get the second room that was fully paid for to show in there hotel system so i could stay at there hotel for the night. Expedia you suck! My complaints with the hotel I stayed in a suite. At first it appeared to be clean but the fixtures,handles were unclean, the fridge was dirty, and i stayed for 3 days the first day in my room the air conditioner was not working and the closet was broken. I was unable to use the closet to hang my clothes. The maintence man came the following day but the closet was hard to get into, and this actually disrupted my stay because i had to get up early and wait for maintenence.The snacks were overpriced do not buy unless you check in late and everywhere is closed. Walmart is a better option to shop or other stores in the area. The fitness area is small. They do not clean your room, no housekeeping until you reserve for five days. So if you leave before then your room will not be clean. No housekeeper to take your trash you have to take it to the first floor. You will clean. The agentscould of been a lot more friendlier, and the woman hotel agent was a little rude. My suite was unsatisfactory because some things had to be fixed in my suite, and was not properly clean. I wish i was refunded for this room. Not wal
