Very clean room. Check in took a long time as there were multiple people checking in and only one person working. Parking is shared between three hotels so parking can be difficult to obtain at times.

Very nicely situated Hotel very nice pool very nice rooms

Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good overall.

I'm a long time Hilton Honors member (Charlie Hilton was a friend & fellow officer with me in Vietnam) and I've been staying at Hilton properties since R&R from Vietnam in Hawaii in 1970. A. Shower is set up for handicapped access, but it has a bowed shower rod which, in conjunction with the "no lip" stall edge, means the floor gets very wet when showering. Perhaps the shower curtain rod was a retrofit? If so that was a mistake, as after each shower we had to get down on hands & knees and mop excessive water off the floor. This will cause (eventually) a maintenance problem in the room or the room below (we were on the 3rd floor). B. Coffee in breakfast room off the lobby was pretty poor/weak even though I had the "bold" (so called). C. A big improvement would be to have a Kurig (K-cup) machine in the kitchenette in the room, or at least in the common breakfast area off the lobby. I travel with my favorite brand of coffee (Starbucks K-cup) and it's important to me to be able to have a decent cup of coffee in the morning. D. No sink stopper/plug made it difficult to wash dishes in the room. E. Cereal/soup bowls in the room were too small to be functional, necessitating the purchase of same outside the hotel.

exactly what was expected. clean nice comfortable rooms. everything we needed. breakfast was a step up from a Holiday inn express type. Very enjoyable stay.

Staff was very pleasant, rooms were clean and comfortable

Found the ideal hotel midway between the metropolitan NY area and our destinations in northwestern new york. Great place and super clean/fresh. Loved the place and slept like at home.

This is my hotel stay of choice when I visit the area best value, comfortable, and great experience.

had a great time Unfortunately didn't get to use all the facilities at the hotel. The staff was very nice and very helpful

The hotel's hard product is great. Rooms are spacious and clean and comfortable. However: a. I booked one bed room suit and asked for a possibility of upgrade to double queen beds (Hilton gold) and was told I have already been upgrade which was not true. b. Asked for late checkout but was only granted half and hr. I did check the hotel website and the hotel is not busy at all. Maybe that is just this hotel's policy so if you are hilton gold/diamond, please be aware this. c. The entrance to the hotel was covered with lots of snow and the 'Slippy floor" sign was not placed promptly. I slipped and fell, broke my phone cover and hurt my arm and back. I complained loudly to the front desk but they are severely understaffed and front desk couldn't really do two things at the same time. Poor guy. Luckily my right arm and back are starting to feel better today.

Great overall experience exceeded expectations. Loved the "Welcome home" slogan. Great location and friendly service.

Was perfect place for me, my brother's family and my parents to meet up. Very clean rooms, nice lobby. Nice rooms for my parents who are elderly and need handicap bathrooms, etc. Only complaint is why isn't the indoor pool heated? We couldn't have the little kids in there too long. Very disappointing, since everything was so great.

Booked this at the last minute for a business trip. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and quite. All the equipment in the gym was clean and in working order.

We stayed here overnight while our daughter was attending orientation at SUNY BU. The hotel is close to the campus so we were able get to BU quickly if needed. There are many stores and restaurants very close by that kept us entertained while there. The hotel was very clean and well run. All staff were pleasant and very attentive to any and all needs.

Stayed for $118 on a Saturday night. The room was great. We plan to stay at these more often. Breakfast was excellent. Nice cups and plates and no plastic junk.
