I have stayed here twice. The front desk staff is consistently friendly, capable and efficient. The rooms are comfortable and appear clean, so a nod to housekeeping too. The construction occurring in the hotel right now is a bit of drag, but the staff helped me find a room where I would be less likely to be disturbed.
