The hotel is very nice, and the front desk is vey professional. It is much better than another one in Mississauga Canada where I stayed the same trip.
The hotel was under renovations. It should be mentioned on their website for consumers to make an informed decision. I would have not made a reservation there. I can smell paint and there was a lot of dust in the air, with loud fans blowing everywhere. My nose/my kids nose were stuffing so im sure it triggeted my/our allergies. It was loud with workers and a lot of banging where you couldnt enjoy your breakfast or have a conversation. Pergaps not work in the dining area during breakfast hours. The room itself was nice, clean and a good size for my family. Staff was extremely friendly and professional.
This location is a bit difficult to find from the road. There is a sign at the end of the driveway however the light was out in it. The room we stayed in had a faint smell of cigarette smoke. The staff were very friendly and the room had a nice view of Vestal.

This location was reasonably priced and conveniently located. Rooms were cleaned and comfortable.
Smoking suite was spacious and clean for the most part. Decent furniture. Heat and A/C units were very inconsistent, although Ill excuse that due to negative digit temps outside. Counter had some hair and cardboard shavings on it which was off putting, the ice maker container in the freezer was dirty and there was no dish soap or dishwasher tabs with a full kitchen w dishes, but everything else including the bedding and bathroom were very clean. Staff was very friendly and gave me a late check out, although my card stopped working before check out and I had to walk all the way around the hotel in -5°F weather after starting to load up my car.... didn't love that. Overall, I'd stay again just because they are the only decent hotel in town that allows smoking still, the night time desk manager was very nice and helpful also.
We stayed on Thanksgiving night and had requested an extra bed since we have a kid who kicks the other off the bed. The hotel put a roll away in our room and that worked out great. Only handicap rooms were available when we booked, so the room was a bit larger and the bathroom was very big. This made bath time super easy. The morning breakfast was good. All in all a good trip.
We stayed here for a wedding in Owego. We were really pleased at our room (#202) it was so much bigger than we expected and it was so quiet...a quiet room is such a plus!!! It was beautifully clean and the kitchenette was a nice surprise. Hampton Inn breakfasts are always a perk, and the gym was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. We love Hampton Inns!
I would book this hotel room again. Lovely staff, room was spotless, great value. Close to all restaurants and shopping.
