Bed was comfy rooms quiet great place to recharge. Amazingly no places to walk to for dining with all the hotels in the area but room service was good. Wouldn’t want to stay more than a few days because location kind of dead.
Took over 15 min to check in. One desk attendant left to chase an extra pillow for a guest, gone 15 min. The other sat in her office the whole time and finally came out just as he returned. Then acted like I was a bother to her and wouldn't even record my Hilton Honors number. Sorry about keeping ...
We arrived at 5:00pm and our room was not ready. At 5:15 the front desk told us it would be another 15 minutes, but we needed to leave for the Indians game. We had to change clothes and "freshen up" in the lobby bathrooms. The room was ready and fine when we came back from the game.

Only there for short one night trip. Nice hotel. Convenient. The price though seems a bit higher than it should be.
Nice clean and quiet Friendly and knowledgeable
Not as upscale as typical Embassy Suites. Crowded reception and breakfast (cold and not tasty). But nice people smd great location.
I stayed one day during their tailgate deal where you get a discounted room 2 apetizers, 2 snacks, and 2 things free from the market. They made sure I knew and took care of everything the staff is very friendly and accomadating. I stayed another night and it was just as enjoyable. The beds are very comfortable soft and plush to sleep on, the rooms are clean and you cant hear people hardly at all in the other rooms. I would definitle reccommend this hotel and stay here again.
