Springhill Suites BWI Airport by Marriott

A very pleasant stay. Staffs are friendly and work very hard to keep customers' satisfaction. Quality and nutritious breakfast.

I liked it being close to airport and highways, shopping also. I was disappointed with the size as advertised as a suite. Years ago when I stayed at Springhill suites, it was a two bedroom suite and a sitting area, kitchen and dining area. I thought surely that this was the case so that a sitting area would be larger to accommodate guests visiting. The suite I booked for my son's wedding was not so comfortable for four adults. That was my only complaint.

All staff encountered at all levels were super nice and helpful.

Very kind staff- they made breakfast bags to-go for my kids because they knew we were leaving really early for our flight. Room was nice.

My stay was fun and interesting it was only one night but had a blast . When we needed space for a last min rehearsal they helped out. Thanks

No on site place to eat but staff was very helpful. Room was ok but I guess I expected more because it was a Marriott.

I ended up booking this hotel by mistake while I was trying to book the one on Arundel Mills which I loved. When I got here, the staff were very pleasant and helpful and took good care of me. The facility seems to be a new construction and is very nice and clean. I only stayed one night and left early in the morning so didn't get a lot of interaction with people. The carpets and beds were well kept and the breakfast was great too. The only problem was the location, which while is just a few minutes from the airport and the rental car terminal, but has nothing to do and is extremely boring even for a business traveler like myself. Over all though, it's a very good hotel and I would recommend it to people travelling for business.

Clean, Friendly and Breakfast, for a very good price. Close to any Baltimore sight you plan to see as well as BWI. I would stay here again.

According to the email that Orbitz sent, we are guaranteed for a late arrival. We decided to to check-in after dinner. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that they don't rooms anymore and was blaming orbitz about the incident. I don't really get this because I already paid in full!... If I didn't show up, I would not get a refund. They should have even called before giving our room away for the fact that I already paid in full. I am pregnant and there is NO WAY that it would be an convenience to transfer even the recommended hotel is a couple of blocks away. I even booked a couple of weeks in advance for Springhill because they are newer than most Marriot chains. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED

The hotel overall isn't terrible but we were placed in a handicapped room that I didn't book. I didn't complain because the front desk person was not very friendly or welcoming and I didn't want to speak with her again. The next morning I went to shower and the shower was unusable. being a handicapped room, the shower head was adjustable but didn't stay up. So I could have showered but only sitting down. With all the hotels in the area, they don't really leave you wanting to come back.

Just a quick stay. Hotel is adequate and clean. Close to airport and shuttle is dependable.

This was a wonderful hotel with easy access to many restaurants and the airport. The highway access it direct and only a few minutes away.

Business trip, easy freeway access, comfortable work space to work in.

Great price and beautiful and spacious room. The hotel would be better if there was a bar/restaurant in the hotel.

Every staff member was friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile .

The hotel staff were very pleasant and made us feel very welcome. Love the room and we really had a great night.

I'm very Pleased with my stay, will def be coming back!

Overall I liked the hotel. I stayed here just one night to catch my early morning flight. Shuttle starts at 4 am. They have a pool which looked good though I didn't use it. Breakfast was basic but tasty. Plenty of parking was available.

Me and my spouse needed a day to getaway this was the perfect. The jacuzzi made our day and night we were very relaxed and at ease. the way the room was set up made for a homely comfortable vibe. the bed was amazing. the breakfast in the mmorning was also very good but the sausage looked alittle under cooked. Everything else was absolutly perfect! thank you very much!!

Suite afforded needed space and amenities to work effectively. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly. Gym adequate. Would stay again.

Dear Sean, Thank you for your comments. I do apologize for placing you in an accessible room. We try our best to honor all room type requests, but there are situations when that is not always possible. I have shared your feedback with our front office team so that we can do our best to make sure this does not occur again in the future. Sincerely, Leon - GM
