Extended Stay America - Baltimore - BWl Airport - Int'l Dr.

While the hotel is listed as having a continental breakfast, it is more like light snacks. Not an issue if you hadn't planned on eating their breakfast as there are several options to purchase breakfast nearby. There is also no kitchenware in the room. It is available from the front desk, but I found it odd not even a cup was available in the room without asking. When checking in I paid upfront for the pet fee and was told I'd be able to get a refund for the nights I did not stay if I checked out early. I have spoken with several people at the hotel about this and still have not received my refund. If you don't think you'll be staying the length of your reservation, try to pay day by day.

Very well located allowing quick and easy access to the heart of Baltimore

I truly enjoyed my stay; I will certainly come back. The front desk folks are excellent. Room accessibility is one of the reasons I will come back; it's like a second home from home. The staff makes you feel welcome. The continental breakfast could be extended to 10.00am otherwise the facility is a welcoming place.

I love staying here because it's like home away from home. Great location. Around tons of restaurants and even a movie theater.

Had to move. House wasnt ready so had to stay elsewhere while hone was veing inspected. Love the fact that they take pets.

My stay was fine. Only problem is that there aren't any dishes in the rooms. Bummer.

I'm stay was fine. The only thing is there aren't any kitchen supplies. I guess you have to get them from the front desk.

To start off the fire alarm continuously went off through out the hotel to make matters the water did not work for over 4 hrs and the lady at the front desk wasn't any help

I was impressed, thought it was going to be terrible but I was proven wrong. Very apartment like and had the home vibe. You can tell it's recently been remodeled and it was a nice hotel for a great price.

It was exactly what I needed and right on time... It was so comfortable that as soon as I laid down I fell asleep... Only to find myself waking up a few hours later... I knew I was tired but that bed was all it took. A very nice hotel with its studio apartment feel.

The hotel staff was very friendly They helped me find things in the area. You only downfall is that they were under construction and there was no parking!

there were roaches in the room and when we first got there our reserved room was not cleaned out, so we had to settle with double beds. the housekeeping refused to clean the king room (which we had booked). we had to switch rooms and on top of everything the office was closed so we had to go through the actual extended stay hotline to report the incident.

Clean, convenient, close to airport. I was a woman traveling alone and I was put right next to the office. I appreciated that. Would stay there again.

Where to start? There was food left in the kitchen drawers, half the light bulbs were out, a couple lamps didn't have on/off switches and they weren't touch lamps, the bathroom door wouldn't satay shut, the bathroom was so foul (stains around the toiletbowl, dead bugs, hairs still in bathtub) that we held off showering until returning home (lucky it was a one night stay) there were odd colored stains all over the foor. Oh and pants left in the dresser. We usually try to stay near the harbor but unfortunately the hotels in Our price range were booked up. We didn't think the hotel could be as bad as the reviews especially since there were a few that said the place wasn't great but it wasn't aweful. It was aweful. Again We are glad we were only staying one night.

Upon arrival you have to use the courtesy phone to alert the attendant that you are there to check in. Although this is a courtesy phone the person was very rude and acted like I was bothering her!!!! When I got to the room it was not very clean, I had no towels or toilet paper and I had signed up for a non-snmoking room and it was a smoking room.

We only stayed one night and moved to another hotel because this place was a dump!

We were travelling the next morning for a funeral in Florida. We wanted to save the time of a drive from DC and chose this hotel for the proximity to BWI. We would have been much better off to drive the extra hour in the AM. It took us an hour and a half to move around from one room to another because of the gross condition of the first room we were put into. The bathroom (and most of the room) was not cleaned since the previous guest and the commode was filled with a foul smelling deposit from the previous night's guest. I am not kidding.

Was semivery satified . For the price i think i could have gotten alot less money.
