Clean house, quiet neighborhood
We stayed here the week after a hurricane came through. We had absolutely the best week with sunshine every day.
The house is very easily accessible and Less than a half mile from Food Lion. It sits at the end of a cul-de-sac and is very quiet and private. When we arrived it was very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked and we cooked and had a boil and had no shortage of materials. The walkway to the beach is semi-private, and although this is ocean front, you do have to walk a bit and then up and down over the stairway over the dunes. The air conditioning unit is zoned (loved this) and we had plenty of room.
The interior itself could use a deep cleaning. The house is very pretty on the top floor, but the vaulted ceiling beams and fan blades were incredibly dusty. There is some paint chipping, the door locks all need tightened, and new carpet on the steps would go a long way.
Overall we would stay here again. We had four adults and six kids under 7. The location, privacy, and layout of the house outweighed any negative minor things that didn't affect our trip.
