Clean with friendly staff. Average hotel space. Lower end Marriott stuff with not so soundproof walls and doors, but it is cookie cutter Marriott. You know what you are getting. Small outdoor pool looks nice (didn’t use). Nothing fancy but gets the job done.

We were looking for an inexpensive restaurant for one night to stay on our annual trip to Netherworld. The hotel was clean and safe and that is really all that mattered to us. The location was great. The staff were very nice and attentive.

Only stayed one night, but it was wonderful. The complex is well maintained and the room was exceptionally clean. The front deck agent that check us in was amazing. He took the time to share everything about the complex, how to find our room, etc. The room was well laid out and the bed was fabulous. Best night sleep ever while traveling.

For having been "walked" here, they were extremely accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately, there was a rowdy crew at the hotel that night and the police had to show up to disperse them. Other than that, it was cleanly and breakfast was sufficient. Recommend if your looking for something cheap outside of Atlanta......

This hotel is very marginal an certainly not deserving of the Marriott flag. Rooms are old and about as basic as they can get.... to sum this property up I have stayed at nicer super 8's. Property claims to be pet friendly until they slap on the $100 pet fee. Least satisfied I have ever been as an almost exclusive Marriott traveler.

This is a nice place with a friendly staff. It's reasonably priced and our room was clean. The bed was very soft and may have been nearing the end of it's useful life because I kept rolling to the middle. It's conveniently located and they have a small pool, a couple of gas grills and a grassy picnic area in the back that is tree covered. Good place to walk the dog. On that, the sign at the front desk said there is a $100 non-refundable pet fee... so keep that in mind. We had one of the smaller rooms but it had a small but fully functioning kitchen with a range oven, microwave, full size fridge and basic utensils along with basic dinnerware. Overall, I recommend this place and will considered staying there again. Hopefully they will have replaced the mattresses by then.

My wife and I stayed here recently on a trip through Atlanta. We are Marriott rewards members so we stay at a lot of different Marriott branded hotels. We checked in and were told our room was in the building next door. We exited the lobby and walked across the parking lot where we had to use the room key to enter the other building. I did appreciate this feature, however, our keys we had just received did not work. We went back to the lobby for the woman working at the desk to correct the error, which she did. This would not be an issue, however, it happened two more times through the stay. I am not sure if the key card reader is faulty or if the key cards I was given should be thrown away. It is an issue I had never had at Marriott before. It wouldn't have been such a hassle had we not had to go to a different building on each occasion. On top of this problem, the room was quite dirty. The carpets looked as though they had not been vacuumed. There were crumbs all over the room. The bathroom was also dirty with a ring around the tub and toilet. Housekeeping needs to step it up as this is not Marriott quality.

I was pleasantly surprised to book this hotel online for an entire week for an amazing price! I was skeptical that it may be somewhat mismanaged because of the price. Upon arriving, my room was very clean and well taken care of. The pool is small, but enough to get wet in the hot weather. The breakfast was fresh and hot each morning. The staff members were all friendly and helpful. I had a few small requests that were fulfilled immediately. Very courteous and professional! Would highly recommend staying here!

I awoke my first morning at this facility in a bed that had been soaked in urine from a previous occupant and apparently just made over by housekeeping. Then, not only did the housekeeping staff lie about replacing the mattress the next day, the Manager lied about it as well, to insulate herself from any repercussions from Marriott corporate. I am a Marriott Platinum Elite member and spend over 200 nights a year in Marriott facilities. I can say for a fact that this is the WORST stay, and the WORST management staff and the WORST Marriott affiliated facility ANYWHERE, EVER. Stay elsewhere.

We stayed June 22 to the 25, and from the day we arrived to the day we left, we enjoyed our experience at this property! Otis checked us in and he was very kind and helpful. The next morning, we experienced the breakfast. Although this breakfast is smaller than most Towneplace's I've seen, the quality of the food makes up for it. The turkey sausage was the best tasting sausage that I've ever had, and the waffles were fantastic. Unfortunately I couldn't catch the attendant's name, but she was very nice and smiled a lot. After we came back from the conference nearby, housekeeping made all our beds. Including our air mattresses that we had. I felt that gesture really spoke volumes about the Towneplace brand's initiative. That night we accidentally set the fire alarm cooking food and the desk called to check on us. It did take a while for the alarm to silence. Upon checkout, Frank was at the desk to check us out. He was also very kind, he asked about the conference and how the experience was. Once again, another gesture that really speaks out for Towneplace. Unfortunately I did give this review four stars. The reasons being; I noticed on the 3rd floor of the A building, the mechanical room was completely missing the door knob. This could be a hazard. In one of our rooms, the A/C would not stop squealing loudly, and we had to move that room, a couple of employees didn't speak when I passed by, and I had to ask for Frank's name because he wasn't wearing a name tag. All in all, though, the experience was fantastic. Everyone in our group loves this property.
