I have never seen a hotel or motel like this. Old, the ceiling leaked and generated molds, the bathtub broke, room smelled terrible. I would not recommend this hotel.
The room itself was absolutely filthy. The walls looked like someone splashed cola all over them. The flooring was coming up. The heater was completely covered in dark dust. The light fixtures didn't work. My key stopped working halfway through my stay and the front desk lady had a horrible attitude when asked to fix it.

They had the most uncleanly and biologically hazardous conditions that I have ever encountered in a hotel advertised on Orbitz. Please see the attached (time and GPS stamped) photos. Given COVID etc., isn't it a blatant breach of policy and updated laws about cleaning to have a hotel of that quality even open? Also, isn't it false advertising that they claimed to have cleaned in line with COVID requirements? Lastly, legally speaking, isn't the assurance that I received--with a printed document to prove it, from their front desk worker--admissible as a blatant proof of them lying about their willingness to give me a refund? As a long-time Platinum Orbitz customer, I hope that you at least remove said horrible excuse for a hotel from future Orbitz listings and allow me to write a scathing review of their horrible standards. Ultimately, I also hope that you at least leave my refund as pending review. Quite frankly, given all that I went through--and my having exercised my due diligence to the maximum to clear up this unfortunate scenario--I am tempted to turn this into a lawsuit (if only for health-based reasons, ie COVID updated protocols).
Enjoyed our stay. For the price it wasn’t bad but the rooms could use a little upgrading. Looks like a 1970s style room lol

The hotel is shabby and in need of refurbishing. The room was clean, though. When I asked the girl who checked me in where my room was located, she said, "I don't know." Seriously?! Anyway, the place was okay for one night. The good thing is that there's a Cracker Barrel right behind it.

Nothing was Unique, couldn’t even get in the pool
The basic things weren't in the room. Things like tissue.!There were no wash rags. The lock on the door was broken. I arrived after hours therefore there wasnt anyone available to contact.
The front office staff was pleasant, professional and helpful. Nothing unique about the property. And the parking lot was filthy, kids screaming and running and bouncing balls right by our door all day and night...
