I can't say that something stood out, because everything is first class. I didn't use the pool or the fitness center, but I will most definitely stay here again when I'm in Alpharetta. The room was sparking clean, especially the bathroom, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows are AMAZING! Perhaps I should "complain" that I didn't want to get up in the morning because the pillows were so comfortable. Everyone on staff I met is above-average kind and courteous, especially Joanne at the front desk. Great breakfast set-up. And all this at a very reasonable Holiday Inn Express rate. I'd give it six stars if I could.

Our room had a shower under repair. The manager said the room should have been blocked so he immediately upgraded us to a suite. That room was very large. One of the bedside lamps was out making that area somewhat dim. There was a long hair on the sheet when comforter pulled back. I just removed it.

Everything was clean with your standard amenities. Breakfast is on the small side but at least it’s offered. I slept like a baby and that’s all that matters.

This was the perfect place to stay in Alpharetta! The room was very clean & comfortable! The staff was helpful & friendly! This is my favorite hotel to stay at when we attend concerts at Ameris Bank Stadium. I felt very safe!
