Housekeeping staff, maintenance and check out staff were exceptional. The inability to reach a staff member to inform of late check in proved to be an inconvenience and an added expense because I had to rent 2 rooms instead of one due to double rooms were not available. Check out staff were informative and professional.

The handicap shower floods. The man at the front desk from Louisiana was not nice. Jasmine was very friendly and helpful. if you need a handicap shower, look elsewhere.

Excellent stay. All precautionary measures were taken to keep guests safe (during COVID). Limited number of guests on elevator, prepackaged breakfast options, text messaging option for ease of assistance. Rooms were thoroughly cleaned, extra wipes left in room to use as needed, a plastic bag was in the room to exchange any needed supplies (towels, shampoo, etc.) as housekeeping did not enter your room during your stay. Felt very safe and comfortable. Great stay

One (1) reception staff member on duty for each shift. When we checked in, the receptionist told us we’d get a complimentary ‘grab and go’ breakfast each morning. She never told us the times breakfast was served and since we were very tired we just got our room key and went to rest. We walked passed the reception twice that evening to ask about the breakfast but no one was available (both times) to assist us. The next day we came down stairs around 9:15am for the grab and go breakfast but no signs of life anywhere. We went to the reception to ask about breakfast but no one was there again and they had simply put a sign on the counter informing guests to text the number listed for assistance. We texted the number about the breakfast and 5 mins later get a text back from the hotel manager informing us the grab and go breakfast was from 6-9am. We pretty much missed it by 15 mins. You would think that the fact the hotel was so neglectful of their guests and could only offer us a miserable grab and go breakfast option, the manager would’ve said something like.... ‘it just ended at 9am however we can make an exception for you guys in order to compensate you for being understaffed and not being able to offer you our typical full breakfast.’ But, it was so cold, just a simple text and that was it. No apologies for not having anyone at reception the night before to answer our question about breakfast and not even a sincere apology. Terrible customer service :(

Nice......nothing else to comment. I’ve attempted to submit this survey, but you guys keep insisting that I comment; then I was asked to please write more. Because of this, I take back everything I said because why would you insist that your guest comment. This is absurd and no, I won’t be back and neither will I recommend to anyone just because of your insistence that this question be answered. I hope you got what you were looking for.

I had one night stay, it was pleasant stay my kids enjoy the room. The morning breakfast was also good had variety in breakfast.

Great hotel, wonderful staff that was willing to help with any need we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Toilet overflowed I was handed towels and was told to look behind ice machine for plunger n if I couldn't find to call. Staff left the plunger in the bathroom so obviously they knew it would happen again it did n I had to plunge the toilet. ( sanitary issue to be told to look behind a ice machine for it where hotel guests go to get ice )

This is hotel made excellent by its staff. Warm, welcoming, and eager to help their guests. I was in Alpharetta two consecutive weeks and was greeted warmly by the staff my second week like an old friend. And free wonderful breakfast every day made by chefs on site! I will be returning to Alpharetta in the coming months and will definitely be staying here again.

Very pleasant stay...no complaints from me. And the very clean and cozy.

Really enjoyed our quiet, one night stay. Great breakfast, and good coffee flowing 24/7 baby!

Excellent stay. All precautionary measures were taken to keep guests safe (during COVID).
