9 days after checking I'm still waiting for the $100 held for incidentals against my debit card to be refunded.

Very poor and uncooperative customer service.

Room smelled musty and damp. They handed me a sheet of paper when I checked in that said they won’t come in your room and clean and straighten until 3 days have passed. I like a freshly made bed everyday and clean towels. The little bottle of lotion in the bath area was only half full, meaning someone had already used it and who knows what they might have added

This hotel had numerous instances that did not result in a quality stay/experience. Upon check-in, the room we were first given had blood stains on the carpet, and also had someone else's hair in the room as well. Thankfully, we were given another room right away. Upon checking into the second room, a fire alarm went off that had us vacate the premises for at least 30-40 minutes. Were not given a clear explanation as to why it happened, and upon re-entering our rooms, the alarm went off once more after about 10 minutes or so. I am beginning to wonder if the selection of hotel accomodations on Orbitz is subject to any quality standards.

Straight faced greeting. First floor seemed like a room just had a flood. Stale air, floors seemed like they haven't been cleaned in a while. Second floor had a smell of mold. Room wasn't as bad with the smell but the carpet was dirty. Will I stay there again, not likely.

Dirty, loud doors that slam all night and day. Lots of parties and zero security. Not for families and turning into a chair party spot for addicts.

It was close to the location I needed to be in attendance was the only thing. There isn’t any elevators, only one ice maker that was working for the whole place. Hallways smell like weed during the evening. No one new when they would be fixed during the week stay I was there.

What I didn’t like about it was no Maids unless you requested one, No blow dryer, No elevators, No microwave, only time you can a microwave is outside the lobby.. First one broke so I had to go upstairs to used the microwave.. Plus it was COLD the whole time at the Hotel Lobby.. “Not Happy”

Location is good, rooms are nice and clean, BUT YOU CANNOT REQUest room service, if you want you must pay extra money $100(if I am not wrong) for that, they only give you just once in every (4) days. So if you stay 1 or 2 days it is very good but I will not recommend to stay longer than that. No breakfast , No elevator, No Room service for 4 days.

The property is fairly clean. However, the carpeting in the rooms could use additional cleaning. The arm chair in the room still had a stain that needed to be address. In addition, I didn't find out until later that there's a $75 pet fee, regardless if you stay for one night or more. There's an added charge over what I agreed to thru Orbitz. I'm sure it's an honest mistake. Make sure you get a print-out of your billing before you leave!

Great stay, staff honestly needs to be a little friendlier and more attentive, ither than that is was a beautiful hotel.

The front desk wouldnt answer the phone. I needed towels, i was charged 100 on my credit card for deposit it was refunded 7 days later. I understand a hold on card but not a charge. The felt old and smelly . Disappointed with the cost

Don't expect a quick check in whether or not you've done all necessary ahead of time. If you get a room upstairs be ready to haul your luggage up a flight of stairs. There are no elevators. The room was great, however. The bed was comfortable, great set up but, no microwave. Overall not too bad.

Never stay here again

Great but need more cleaners in this time.

This was a nice stay but they wouldn’t give us anymore towels that was my only problem
