Hotel was clean, staff was friendly at check-in and check-out, room was nice, bed comfy and hotel was easy to get to from highway. Only thing we would have liked to have was a microwave in the room.

The front desk receiptionist (Africa American) gave you a cold face without any reason, no smile at all, even though I didn't owe him any money. One Staff confirmed the breakfast included at check-in but another Staff told me it was NOT included next morning when I was going to take breakfast!? What happened in their system? The surrounding looks shabby and unsafe. Never choose this hotel again.

Comfy and clean room for a family of five on a holiday trip to Stone Mountain. Hotel was about 25 mins from the park and close to restaurants.

Our room seemed to be nice once we got to it after lugging our child and luggage up a flight of stairs after searching for an elevator for 5 minutes. (would have been nice to have been told that there was no elevator when asked if a room on the 2nd floor was ok) We had requested a crib and that was confirmed again at check in, but didn't receive it until I called the desk again and ask for it since it was almost 9 pm. Our room was directly across from the ice machine so we were awakened all night and early the next morning by guest filling their coolers with ice, which made for a long restless night. The next morning I went to shower and discovered black hairs ( like from a beard) and dirt splatter all over our shower walls. I was then grossed out and ready to leave. I was very dissapointed in the Marriott brand and the price I had paid to revive some 'econo' cleanliness and quality.

Staffs don't care about meeting guests' satisfaction.

We stayed for only one night, but it was a pleasant experience. We had a two queen bed room, it was clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for our family of 6, which included a pack-n-play. The beds were VERY soft, to the point of actually "falling in a hole" when you sat or laid down. I dont think they were bad quality or worn out, just super soft. There is no breakfast included in your stay. Their continental breakfast will cost you $10. But there is a McD's and a Cracker Barrel on the same road. To get back to the interstate you have to go down the main road and make a turn. Not horrible, but inconvenient.

Location was good for us and staff was friendly. Other guests were pretty loud and the hotel has a security gate around it for good reason. Pool was empty but out of season. Otherwise not bad.

Upon entering the facility I was almost discouraged and considered changing my reservations due to the location, but once I was checked in and saw my rooms I quickly changed my mind. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were exceptionally clean and smelled fresh. The hall were nice and quiet. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

It is a decent hotel. Clean. Good staff. They have great bacon

This was a great hotel. The staff was nice and courteous!!

Overall good experience.. I would definitely stay there again!

The hotel Lobby and grounds were very clean and welcoming, The Staff Develon Davis & Karrissa were great, very efficient & friendly staff. The only draw back was you are unable to turn left onto McDonough Drive when traveling west on Jimmy Carter Blvd. you have to go past and make a u-turn.Would absolutely choose to stay here again!

My friend and I were in town for a concert in Atlanta. We found the hotel location to be close by yet far enough to be away from traffic. The breakfast was great and the staff very helpful.

The room was clean and quiet. The coffee maker only brewed one cup of coffee and only one packet was left in the room. The breakfast bar was overpriced for the quality of food. But the hotel was located near plenty of Waffel House Restaurants! Also, the hotel was in a very busy area without sidewalks to the nearby restaurants.

The hotel was nice and in a good location. The problem i had was when i woke up in the morning and went down to breakfast and was informed that MY breakfast was not complimentary and i would have to pay for it seperately. Sad how a Marriot has you pay for a breakfast when any other hotel gives it for free!!!!! Plus there was no elevator.

The hotel was totally great. The people above superior. The only problem that we had was that [...]

The Hotel staff was great. The rooms were clean and the Bed was super. Disappointed when I learned that my to associates had booked the same hotel for $79 when [...] price was $92. Alos dissappinted when I found out the I doid not get my Marriott points for the stay since I booked throug [...].

Clean room, good nights sleep, no continental breakfast, phone charge for ANY call. Overall: clean, pleasant just NO extras.

I was there for my Family Christmas reunion. What seemed to be missing was hotel security. My GPS was stolen. I can't remember if it was in my car or room, but both were locked. This was a real downer because I needed to navigate all over town and had little time to do it.

At check in the clerk was very friendly and well dressed. The host for breakfast was very friendly and helpful and went out of his way to see we had everything we wanted. Great service.
