Unusual circumstances - several flights cancelled in Amsterdam - so some experiences hopefully isolated. No lotion in room. No face cloth. No remote control, and previous guest's socks still hanging on heater unit. Checkin took 1 1/2 hours, but there is nothing they could do about that. There was a 10-min blackout
