Our window will not close all the way NOR lock even if it did. The air unit has an awful smell coming from it. We shut it off and even then our room smells awful. Hotel is being renovated and our room is a clear example of WHY.
The room was clean but there was significant wear and tear on the bathroom door. The bathroom was VERY small.
Staff were great, free breakfast was perfect, and just the quiet and simple atmosphere.
The internet at the property wasn’t working. How can any working professionals that are traveling get any work done if the internet is not working. This is unacceptable and charges should be refunded

We only stayed one night thankfully. Upon checking in the hotel the room had a awful smell. In addition the mirror door came off and we can to call to have it removed. The Breakfast was good and had lots of choices.

When I checked in, the reservations indicated a smoking room. That is not what we were looking for. Changes were made to make it a non smoking room. CBS channel was snowy. Everything else was very good.
