Clean rooms

We only stayed a weekend but it was great. The pool was nice and pretty quiet. I would stay again!

At the time property was being renovated, with some demolition above had to leave as we where informed that the work would continue until 7:00PM and decided to leave and asked for a refund. No manager on site and we ended up loosing our money. When hotels are under renovation, it has to be disclosed ...

They have done away with the pools and amenities. No where to relax outside. One small bench outside the front door. No sitting in the lobby/sitting area outside. All chairs are put up on the tables. Not a comfortable stay for relaxing. Only good for business stay where you stay in your room.

Always a clean,great stay close to The Pavillion. My favorite place to stay.

Close to shopping and convention center.

The whole hotel was very hot. The AC unit in the room didn’t work well at all.

Parking space

The hotel is beautiful and the daytime staff professional and helpful. My only complaint was that the room wasn’t restocked on supplies each day. They did a great job on supplying clean towels and emptying trash, but didn’t restock coffee supplies and toilet tissue without asking and we were there ...

I had one of the word experience in this hotel, the front desk attendant was extremely rude, aggressive, hostile and with a terrible attitude, the lobby was really disgusting and dirty

Nice clean place. Enjoyed the comfortable bed and pillows. Staff were great. Pool and area was nice. Lots of parking. Just a great little hotel. 4 floors.

Older property in need of remodel but clean. The pool backs up to the highway, very noisy. Pool was dirty, hot tub broken, and no umbrellas or shade. Ice machines are broken. Room had a funny smell when we checked in, and front desk clerk called me when we checked out to harass and accuse me of smoking ...

I thought that because this hotel was in The Woodlands it would at the very least be cleaner, it was not and I was mistaken in that assumption. The carpet in the room felt gross to even be barefoot on. It said they were renovating but there was nothing actually taking place so I definitely would ...
