Close by for entertainment purposes and was clean

It was my son 30th birthday but it wasn't acknowledged.

Overall stay was good and enjoyed. But rooms need update as bathroom show was bit old and tight.

The staff went an extra mile for you. I will be returning. There was no waiting upon my arrival. So friendly.

Great location close to shopping and the Cynthia Woods Pavillion. The staff were great and the room was clean and comfortable.

Staff was super friendly. Room was clean and much bigger than I thought! We only stayed one night after a concert, but it would be perfect for a week long vacation!

It is expensive .same facilities we can get nearby hotels for less price may less than $100 per night.

Nice enough place, very good, convenient location close to pretty much everything in The Woodlands. Room furnishings were acceptable, but of "medium" quality. Mediocre workmanship - sloppy caulking in bathroom, etc. Lots of amenities. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Not what I would consider luxurious, but I would definitely stay again next time I need a fairly comfortable place to hang my hat and sleep but not necessarily spend 24 hours a day there.

The free breakfast in the morning is second to none. Good stuff all around. Really comfy pillows and roomy rooms. Loved it

We stayed during Christmas weekend and it was not crowded. Location is right by the gigantic mall, though mall traffic did not impede our ability to navigate the area. The front desk manager changed our room without hesitation when we asked for one with a dividing wall between the bedroom and living room. The room was clean and the maid service was decent but not spectacular. Breakfast was decent, but they served the same things everyday. May want to seek variety elsewhere if you're staying longer than a couple of days.

Nice, clean, quiet
