At check in bed felt neglected on : first night bed had sand in it and what looked like black marks on it. Didn’t seem sheets had been changed. Room services comes early so don’t sleep in.

Very disappointed. Did NOT enjoy my stay this time

Front desk clerk that worked the morning of Friday that I was there, was very rude, unprofessional, very very unfriendly & unwelcoming. She’s definitely not someone who should be allowed to interact with guests until she’s retrained in the basics of hospitality. Housekeeping/ breakfast staff is lazy & lacks common sense & critical thinking. Room reeked of stale cigarette smoke & air felt moist walking in room. I Was charged $10 for 2 dirty washrags but had to smell old cigarette smoke for 3 days. Unbelievable. I was truly dumbfounded by this.
