Staff both on and off the plane was amazing!!
The attendants could have come around a little more frequently. The second meal should have been served a little earlier.
The flight was 11 hours late. I expect compnensation
Not happy with lot luggage at the end.
Lost bag on connecting flight made a very stressful connection and customs process. Delayed arrival flight and no luggage. What started well, ended as a long and stressful ordeal.
Our first flight in United. Could not be happier. Best business cubicles with flat beds.
As I often do, I took an extra suitcase and was -- as always -willing to pay the hundred dollar fee for this, but I was shocked to see that I was ordered to pay an extra 220 dollars this time, once for United and once for Turkish Airlines, despite the fact that you are both in the same alliance and I was not expected to pay double before. In the future this will lead me to look into different alternatives for my annual trips between the US and Turkey.
Really great flight attendants. Very friendly and efficient.
