The SAS team has very professionally handled the chaos and confusion caused by the travel ban. The staff has been very patient and accommodating. The waiting time at the customer service phone has been very long, but at the end the phone customer service was not needed - all info was online, and I got my info and rebooking via text message.

Uncomfortable seats as normal , everything else just like normal

Jul 23, 2018

I would not hesitate to fly SAS again due to very good customer service and the food was not like every day airplane food. Did not really like the bed configuration in business class but at least the seats went to total horizontal position.
