Overall good flight; a little disappointed with the food choices.

Could be more leg room

Would choose y’all again!

Jun 29, 2019

Overall it was a good flight. Seats not as comfortable as they used to be, with very little legroom. If you have a short connection in Munich, it is hard to find assistance to help you get through the airport and to your gate in time.

Great airplane staff that spoke fluent German. They did a fantastic job.

Jul 21, 2018

My only complaint is a general one about flying. The seats SUCK!! For short people your feet dangle because there is no foot rest, your head is forced into an uncomfortable position because of the neck 'rest' that hits you in the back of the head.... nowhere near your neck, and they are too crammed in. Again, I'm a short person and I could not even begin to lean forward to retrieve my bag that was stored under the seat because I hit my head. Companies like yours need to scream at the airlines to stop treating paying customers like sardines. It is verging on not wanting to fly anymore.
