A/C not working in the middle of summer Non-feather pillows and blankets not available Rooms on the side of the street - very noisy due to traffic
No air conditioning which is a problem in the middle Of summer. Did not feel safe alone outside the property, many people begging on the street. Carpets definitely needed to be cleaned and hallways were atrocious. Hard bed. No shampoo, only body wash. Had a larger room on the 7th, so space was nice ...
I liked how close the hotel was to the main train/transportation center, shopping, and tourist sights. The hotel was very comfortable and quiet. Everything was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and able to answer any question I had about the area and activities. It made a great home base ...
My husband and I booked a standard double room for one night. it was small but nice and clean. Front desk staff was helpful. Airport shuttle cost 5 euro/person. I would definitely stay here again.
They have terrible customer service. I could not travel from USA to Germany due to the Global pandemic and they refused to give a refund to Orbitz. I will not use them unless they provide me with a refund or credit.
Hotel is dated and definitely needs updating. No air conditioning. Mattresses are hard, pillows are so soft that they have little to no support for your head. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The property was very nice and clean. Best shower of any of the places we stayed during our vacation. Staff was friendly. They had beer & wine available at the reception area which was very reasonably priced for Munich. Walkable to the Altstadt, & very close to mass transportation.
The property was easily accessible to all sites to see in Munich and close to train access. The room was small and clean and we liked having our own little washer for laundry. The Indian restaurant below was delicious.
