Staff was very nice. But the room ran hot and felt like a sauna no matter what we did to the thermostat. The toilet had a leak and wouldn’t stop dripping. The breakfast was good but the options were limited for the 15 euro price tag. But the staff were very good. Location in relation to the main train station was very good and walkable.

The staff was excellent and very accommodating. It is a nice hotel and very convenient to downtown. The staff was so helpful and even gave us directions to a laundromat so we could wash our clothes. My only problem with the hotel was that when I checked in I was bitterly disappointed that there was no available parking. I specifically chose a hotel that had parking because we had a rental car and I know parking can be a problem in a city. When we arrived I discovered that there wouldn’t be any places available until we checked out and that I should have made PARKING reservations! This was NOT mentioned on the booking site. Of course a parking garage was available just a few blocks away for €15-30 a day.

Within walking distance to multiple museums, markets, restaurants, transportation, and sites of Munich. It’s right by the bus station- making it very easy to get around.

Room nice and clean, lobby nice, bed comfortable, everyone friendly and helpful

The staff was excellent! We felt very welcomed and taken care of by the front desk staff. We needed to extend our stay beyond our original plans and the staff was very accommodating! The room was cozy, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and the location was ideal.

Nice hotel with a great location and friendly staff. Very clean.

hotel staff nice and friendly, great location but hotel is a bit old and dated, room was small

I have stayed several times here. Nice hotel, safe and quite, unusual design (King's hotel! :)), convenient location close to train station with connection to airport, Hop-in Hop-out bus tour starting point, walking distance to Munich historical center with numerous restaurants, local and international. However, if you want to get Bavarian soul, I would recommend to visit Augustiner-Keller restaurant that provides local beer and food and located just within three blocks from the hotel. Friendly and helpful hotel staff will help you to find it, just ask them. I enjoyed staying in the hotel.

Hotel was conveniently located such that local shopping and public transportation were in walking distance. All of the staff were friendly. The room was cleaned daily. I had a rental car and asked to park in their parking garage. What they didn't explain to me was that I'd have to take a car elevator and that the garage was quite small and therefore difficult to use. The are, however, other parking options close by.

The hotel is about two blocks from the train station in a good location. The room was nice and clean and the bed was fine. We were able to walk everywhere and nice restaurants around too. We did not have the breakfasts so I can't tell you anything about them. The staff was very nice and everyone spoke English so there was no communication problems.

Great hotel and staff. Staff is very friendly and would go further to ensure comfort.

The King's Hotel is conveniently located within three blocks of the train station. This trip I stayed in a single room which actually had a U.S. double sized bed that was very comfortable. The beautiful wooden headboard and canopy added an elegant touch to the decor as did the lovely oil paintings on the walls. The room and bathroom were meticulously cleaned and being able to open the window for cool air was a plus since hotel rooms tend to be dry and warm. Breakfast was delicious with many choices and wonderful coffee options. The staff were friendly and efficient. There is a wonderful authentic Italian restaurant across the street from the hotel where my waiter greeted me in Italian. The food was delicious and quite reasonable. I highly recommend the King's Hotel.

The only thing I believe would be better if there were king size beds that are a whole not separated.

Apart friom having to call front desk to get missing towels and fix wifi, this was a comfortable stay, great location, good value. Friendly and helpful staff.

This is a nice and clean hotel near the main train station in Munich. It's location is convenient, even though the neighborhood is a bit run down. This puts you close to easy transportation access. The breakfast is 15euros and quite nice.

Overall, we had a nice stay and experience. The room was very clean and comfortable, despite a bit small. The bath was nice and modern. The one negative.....the hotel staff was less than friendly. The young man at the front desk (late night; don't recall his name unfortunately) was by far the friendliest of the entire staff. He could certainly teach his daytime colleagues a thing or two regarding customer service!

Stayed for two nights during Oktoberfest and was very satisfied with the hotel. The staff was very helpful and it was an easy walk to the city and to the fest. The fruit tray that was left in the room on the first night was a nice touch, they should expand this service to include every night!

For our time in Munich this hotel worked just fine. easy access to all of down town.

nice, clean, comfortable hotel. room a little small, but on par with other European hotels. 2 free bottles of water is a nice touch.
