Stayed for two nights during Oktoberfest and was very satisfied with the hotel. The staff was very helpful and it was an easy walk to the city and to the fest. The fruit tray that was left in the room on the first night was a nice touch, they should expand this service to include every night!

For our time in Munich this hotel worked just fine. easy access to all of down town.

nice, clean, comfortable hotel. room a little small, but on par with other European hotels. 2 free bottles of water is a nice touch.

Two blocks from the main train station which puts you in a great spot for exploring Munich and the surrounding area. Friendly and helpful staff. Safe neighborhood. The room was small and dated. The wifi was slow, television options limited/blurry. No refrigerator. The elevator was out-of-order one day. For the price, I was not overly impressed but not disappointed.

Small hotel, nicely furnished, only options for beds are king size or twin. Rooms are very small. Very close to the central, train station. Staff was very helpful in many ways. Breakfast not worth the price.

King's Central has a great location to the hauptbhanof, within a 5 min. walk. That to me is really important. This is what I usually look for. It's also an easy walk to the Marienplatz. The staff is friendly, gracious and helpful. And the breakfast well stocked in choices. My room faced the court yard so it was very quiet. Again I lucked out on this. The only issue was the wi-fi service could be slow and also jam up. And the a/c was not as powerful as it is in the states, but sufficed enough for a 5th floor room in summer. Fortunately the weather was only in the low 80s in the day time and cooled down to the 60s at night. I would stay at the King's again.

This hotel was a great find! Less than three blocks from the Munich central train station just far enough away from the main streets around the station to be quiet. The rate was half of what you would expect to pay for the location. The room was small but well appointed and the WiFi worked really well. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good and there was a wonderful authentic Italian restaurant just across the street for a change of pace from Bavarian fare. A twenty minute walk took me straight to the old city and the famous Hofbrauhaus House with many delightful restaurants along the way. I would highly recommend this hotel for the business or leisure traveler.

Loved this hotel. Location is great for train transportation throughout the area. The restaurants nearby were wonderful, especially ViVada across the street. Wonderful food , friendly staff, etc. the restaurant in the hotel has a wonderful full breakfast as well. Walking to most major cites in Munich was easy.

The hotel was very clean with friendly staff. Was in a great location close to the train station and within walking distance to many sights. The restaurant in the Hotel was very good and nice to be able to just stay in the building in the morning. Several great Restaurants on the same street. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to a friend. We enjoyed our stay there and also the many sights and Restaurants in Munich.

The location was okay. The room was pretty nice with its decor. Here is the problem , we cancelled another hotel because it did not have air conditioning. This hotel advertised it, but it ended up being little more than a low fan which made sleeping difficult. The metal threshold into the bathroom stuck about a 1/2 inch above the floor which hurt us several times, and could have been very dangerous in the middle of night.

We were pleasantly surprised - great location, great staff (especially Sarah!), and walking distance to many things. Only negatives - room size and bathroom were small. Also, not enough pillows (or pillow choices). Would stay again for a short stay.

Very good location of hotel, it was clean and the staff was helpful. Close to the old city shopping area. We parked in the garage next to the hotel and the Kings stamped our parking ticket, it only cost us 20 euros for 2 nights. No bar at the hotel and we thought the breakfast buffet was a little high. We would stay there again.

Easy to locate, quiet, very clean, and comfortable. Staff was courteous.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at this hotel. When staying at 3-star hotels in Europe, I have always experienced quite basic accommodations. This hotel managed to add an extra flair to the mix and our stay was more than comfortable. The room was very quiet, despite being located directly next to the elevator. I would have higher impressions of this hotel except for the fact that we were staying during Oktoberfest, a time when all hotels in Munich are exceptionally over-priced, therefore it felt like there is not enough value for what we paid.

Hotel is centrally located and staff is great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms are clean and ok size. Only good memories of Munich. Walk to center is about 20 min and main station is 5 min walk for everything else. Thank you!

We were in Munich and had to get a hotel at the last minute. My wife found the King's Hotel online and we booked it from a coffee shop near the train station. It was just a short walk from there and we couldn't have been more pleased. Great central location, easy walk to the town center and very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

Not a fancy but quiet area.Very close to the central railway station. Two stops to the city center where all the attractions are. Lufthansa airport shuttle stops in front of the railway station which was most convenient. Free wi-fi was good but once your device goes to sleep you need to log-in all over again but it's fast. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Our room rate didn't include the free breakfast which would cost €15. We just bought pastry and coffee on the way at the railway station. We took a day-trip to Fussen through a guided tour and the tour office (Radius Tour) was right at the railway station, too, so it was super convenient.

Staff and room excellent. Clean and quiet. Close to Marienplatz, and banhauf. What else does one want. Better than average breakfast.

The perfect location if you need to stay near the train station - only 5 minutes' away. Neighborhood isn't that exciting, but everything else was up to par. Elevator is a decent size and so is the room #by European standards#.

Well located and very attentive staff. Bkft was very good. Recommend for all.
