Its an ok property, but not by any measure a five star

Excellent hotel. A few small items that could’ve been better. A solid 4 star

We checked in and were told that we needed to upgrade our single room to a double room for two people due to safety reasons. Not a problem. For an extra 80€ amounting to a total of 400€ per night we agreed. They gave us a sizable room, although it was very beat up, dirty, dated and not welcoming. We informed the staff and they accommodated in a super friendly manner to give us a different room. This room was a lot smaller and seemed to be exactly of the single room type which we had originally needed to upgrade from due to security reasons. It didn’t result in a comfort/ style ratio which was reasonable for the price per night. Regardless of the experience and our decision ultimately not to stay and find a different hotel, the staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel just really needs a refresh to continue to justify the price point.

It was a short stay with my 2 kids .. the overall experience was excellent but the only thing i asked for a jounior suite for me and the kids the beds were not enough for us they had to sleep togather in one bed. So for the next time i prefer to book a bigger suit
