Hotel is remote nothing around you .. staff are super rude .. every single one I spoke to in this hotel was rude .. the talk down to people as if we are idiots.. every simple answer has a sarcastic remark .. example: mosquitoes in the room .. oh I don't know it's not my problem.. what you want to come here and catch mosquitoes for u .. its not my job .. They have a stupid policy of single Duvet covers so a couple will have separate covers .. why ? They give u stupid rude answers .. finally I spoke to manager And oh boy .. that's where they her from .. man should not be anywhere near hospitality business

Surprisingly our tour co picked this hotel. All our other accommodation have been pleasant. Shocked this has a four star rating. Far away from many attractions but Metro close by. Entire hotel decor is not appealing to the eye. They have a cheesy jungle theme in lobby. Huge mural of a jungle scene with the back of a naked man to stare you in the face. The rooms are all decorated different and smell of smoke--- some worse the others. Beds are hard. Felt like a motel instead of hotel.

I stayed here in August, 2017. It was the least nice of all of the hotels I stayed at on my trip through Poland and Germany. The room was basic and a little dated, and the hotel was so cheap that they provided thin little packets of shampoo instead of bottles. One can smell smoke in the hotel because certain rooms are smoking. When the maid cleaned the room, she placed my heavy suitcase on a duffle bag full of fragile items. The restaurant below is barely staffed and it took them 20 minutes to collaborate on making a drink. I had to remind them to add all of the ingredients... not professionally run. The design of the shower was such that water got all over the floor. Breakfast was just ok. Quite minimal. You can do better in Munich.

I made some research before going in Munich to get a hotel not far from city center but also not so expensive like those once. I found this hotel at just 5 metro stops from the center of the city and it was a pleasant surprise to see that was clean and nice. Staff was friendly, Wi-Fi ok so overall I recommend for everyone. If I will have the chance I will turn back.

Very friendly helpful staff at this small hotel. Room was small but had everything we needed. Comfortable bed with good quality bed linen. Modern bathroom with plentiful hot water. Breakfast was very comprehensive and good. We ate in the dining room twice and again the food was very good. Only minor downside was very little public space to sit. Very handy for the U-Bahn and buses so very easy to get around from here.

First impressions were extremely friendly and cheerful staff, lovely and chic room which was very clean and a great breakfast selection. Would definitely come again. The location is ideal. The S-Bahn is literally a 2 minute walk away which connects you to all the sights and town centre.

We stayed here for the christmas markets and found a bargain through trivago, 2 nights for less than £100. We arrived at Munich city centre on the train, easy peasy - go downstairs and jump on the S bahn, and we arrived at the haufbahnhof, central station. From there we jumped on a tram to visit the palace and other sights. The hotel is right next to Harras station, which is less than 10 minutes U bahn ride to marienplatz (christmas markets). U bahn tickets were cheap, we found by getting a group bayern ticket from the machines that up to 5 adults could travel unlimited for 1 day for less than £20. This covers trains, underground and trams. We used this same ticket to go to Neuchwanstein castle. The hotel itself was modern, lovely and spacious and our room overlooked a neighbourhood quad on the back, very quiet. Bathroom was large with deep bath, shower and bidet. Bed was a queensize, and lovely and comfortable. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. We did not eat breakfast here. We would definitely book here again, cheap prices for a great room so close to city centre.

My friend and I stayed at the hotel for four days on our trip to visit the Christmas markets. The hotel is very conveniently located about two minutes from the Harras u-bahn station. There was a small Christmas market, a supermarket and restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance. The room was spacious and very clean. Our room faced the main road but there was no traffic noise. The bathroom had a good-sized walk-in shower. My only complaint was that the bed was a bit hard for my liking but that is just personal taste. The staff were efficient and friendly. Breakfast was available over a three-hour or so slot and there was plenty of variety. I would be very happy to stay in this hotel again.

If you can get a deal at under 100$/night, it's one of the best price/quality you can find ! Big room, nicely renovated, free wifi. The breakfast is very good and wide range of food. The only drawback for tourist is that you have to take public transportation to get the citycenter (more than 1 hour walk otherwise...). But the hotel is 2 minutes walk for U-Bahn (undergroud) and then you reach the center in 15 minutes. Underground parking 13Euros/night.

The rooms are extremely spacious and very comfortable so we had a very good nights sleep. The bathrooms are modern and come with a bathtub / jacuzzi. Breakfast is great and the hotel is 100m away from the metre. Would highly recommend!
